Congrats for the losses, TPCShauna, videoman, plutosmyfav, & keenercam!
WTG!!!!!
videoman I have SO been where you are now. I know that I'm just getting started on WW, but Ive been a WW member before and have been right where you are now. Im a little nervous about the future .getting to that not-so-enthusiastic time. In the past, this is where I just LOST IT altogether and ended up quitting.
I am determined that this will not happen this time! I realize that youre not thinking of quitting, and it is for this that I commend you!!! You're looking for ways to "step it up" a bit!
Woo Hoo!
I will stash your good attitude in my pocket so that I can pull it out for a moment of reflection when my time comes.
mepperson Friday is still a long way away. In the past, Ive gone an entire week without showing any loss on my scale at home, and then BAM!! A loss on the WW scales on WI day! BTW, about the bike rally, you are in NO WAY a wuss! If youve read the Molli finished thread, you know what her medal says. It is so true, and we all should hang on to the concept. It says: The miracle isnt that I finished. The miracle is that I had the courage to start. You ARE courageous just for STARTING that bike rally!!
You go!!
I'm trying to hang on until Saturday. So far, I'm OP. However, I must admit that not having a WI for 1-1/2 weeks is turning out to be quite a challenge. (Why, oh why, did I decide to change my WI and WW meeting day!?!?) lol
Keep up the good work everyone!

Keep up the good work everyone!
We even went to Olive Garden Saturday night (and I took my own FF Italian dressing, asked for wheat pasta and declined the breadsticks). I'm a happy girl! Am planning to do the Disney mini-marathon in January and would like to be about 5 pounds trimmer (as I'm at a HIGH goal weight, doctor told me I was fine to stop where I was).
It really helps knowing that everybody goes thru the pitfalls of weight watching.
You must feel absolutely terrific!!!
BTW, how does it feel to hear the words from a doctor that every girl dreams of . . . Youre current weight is good
. This would definitely put me on
!
.just in case. BTW, I LOVE your Dory attitude!
I hope to pop in occassionally. Unfortunately with my current back injury I cannot exercise right now but hopefully in a few weeks my back will be feeling good enough that I can ease back into a good program.
I will be starting again, and will post. I feel better now that I have confessed!
Jeanne
