I have stayed at Cambria when it was still Cambria. We loved it. Breakfast can be a bit chaotic and crowded. But we loved that there are food options in the same parking lot as well as a Starbucks. We just walked to toy story lot and took the Disney shuttle.
We just stayed at the Hilton convention center 2 weeks ago and did the same. The Hilton was just renovated and it was much nicer than before. However the lobby was nuts! Kinda loud and bright and to be fair, a cheer/dance thing was going on. So it was much busier than we remember in the past.
I saw that Cambria is no longer the Cambria and was surprised by that. When we stayed we had great customer service and we would stay there again. However, when it was Cambria they charged a resort fee. So I would double check if the new place is doing the same. Hope that helps!!
