Congrats for the losses, TPCShauna, videoman, plutosmyfav, & keenercam! :cool1: WTG!!!!! :cool1:

videoman – I have SO been where you are now. I know that I'm just getting started on WW, but I’ve been a WW member before and have been right where you are now. I’m a little nervous about the future….getting to that “not-so-enthusiastic” time. In the past, this is where I just LOST IT altogether and ended up quitting. :( I am determined that this will not happen this time! I realize that you’re not thinking of quitting, and it is for this that I commend you!!! You're looking for ways to "step it up" a bit! :cool1: Woo Hoo! :cool1: I will stash your good attitude in my pocket so that I can pull it out for a moment of reflection when my time comes. :goodvibes

mepperson – Friday is still a long way away. In the past, I’ve gone an entire week without showing any loss on my scale at home, and then BAM!! A loss on the WW scales on WI day! BTW, about the bike rally, you are in NO WAY a “wuss!” If you’ve read the “Molli finished” thread, you know what her medal says. It is so true, and we all should hang on to the concept. It says: ‘The miracle isn’t that I finished. The miracle is that I had the courage to start.’ You ARE courageous just for STARTING that bike rally!! :Pinkbounc You go!! :cheer2:

I'm trying to hang on until Saturday. So far, I'm OP. However, I must admit that not having a WI for 1-1/2 weeks is turning out to be quite a challenge. (Why, oh why, did I decide to change my WI and WW meeting day!?!?) lol ;)

:shamrock: Keep up the good work everyone! :wizard:

Today was a pretty good WI for me. Lost another 1.6 pounds, so I am down a total of 48.4 pounds. I can't wait to get my 50 pounds next week :cool1:

I amazingly lost another pound! I'm a lifetimer who's been at goal for about 3 years now -- but totally messed up over Christmas (our at-work program was on hiatus). I gained 4 pounds and I could not get them off. Put me over my goal weight for 2 months and I had to pay for the first time ever! My leader suggested I try Core and I dropped 4 pounds in 2 weeks! Didn't weigh-in last week (as I'd made my March weight). Weighed yesterday and anotehr pound was gone! :earboy2: We even went to Olive Garden Saturday night (and I took my own FF Italian dressing, asked for wheat pasta and declined the breadsticks). I'm a happy girl! Am planning to do the Disney mini-marathon in January and would like to be about 5 pounds trimmer (as I'm at a HIGH goal weight, doctor told me I was fine to stop where I was).

Keep on doing it!

DznyDreams: Thanx for the support :flower: It really helps knowing that everybody goes thru the pitfalls of weight watching.

swandiverpatt: Good for you! Those breadstix are hard to resist !

I wi tomorrow, will post then! Barbara

Have a great week everybody!!

Congrats everyone on your losses, goals and determination!

I lost 1 more pound this week to get me to my 15 pound clippy!

Half way to my goal!

I'm down 2.8 this week   . Congratulations to everyone and keep up the great work!

"Slow Loser" checking in... down .6 this week.

Hey it's down - so I'm not complaining. Still waiting to hear about a re-check on my thyroid levels. Hopefully, the doc. will up the meds and I'll get a little speedier with this weight loss thing.

If not, that's ok - just keep swimming... ;)

Go, Tera!! Go Tera!! ~*~ WOW! Almost 50 lbs gone!? :faint: You must feel absolutely terrific!!! :sunny:

swandiverpatt – Good job getting rid of that pesky holiday weight so quickly! :goodvibes Core plan sounds like a miracle plan! I may have to give it a try someday….I’m so nervous to fully jump on board with this plan. Guess I feel like I’ll be missing out on something. :rotfl: BTW, how does it feel to hear the words from a doctor that every girl dreams of . . . “You’re current weight is good….” This would definitely put me on :cloud9:!

Denine – WTG!! :cool1: New clippies are SO FUN, aren’t they!?!? I get all giddy just thinking about my next one! :hyper:

Go cinmell, go! - :cheer2:2.8 pounds is FANTASTIC!! :cheer2:

Kristi1357 – I think you’re doing GREAT! Here's a hug anyway...….just in case. BTW, I LOVE your “Dory” attitude! :cutie:

:shamrock:Good luck, everyone!! :shamrock:

Just discovered this thread on DIS. I'm on the Flexplan and down 16 so far. My meetings are Sundays at 9am.

Down 1.5 pounds this week! Now I can get my 10 pound clippie!

Congrats to the losers this week and for the new clippies.

Welcome iankh!

Well I am back on WW again. I tried to start a little over a month ago when DD was around 5 weeks old but it was just too soon for me. I am back at my pre-pregnancy weight already but I still need to lose lots of weight.

We just decided to go back to WDW in December so I have another good reason to really hit the ground running. I hope to lose 52 pounds in the 35 weeks before our trip. I think it is doable but I am going to have to stay motivated and really not let myself get off track. I am thinking about making a WDW collage and a sticker chart for myself on the fridge (I think I have been trying to potty train DS too long...he loves his potty stick chart ;) :rotfl: ) to help with motivation.

I weighed in this morning so I have my official starting weight for this round. :) I hope to pop in occassionally. Unfortunately with my current back injury I cannot exercise right now but hopefully in a few weeks my back will be feeling good enough that I can ease back into a good program.

I just weighed in! Last week I didn't post (though I should have, you gotta take the good with the bad!) because I gained .4lb. This week though I lost 5.2 lbs!! So now my total weight lose since 3/10 is 13.8 lbs.

Haven't posted recently, between being sick and then the horrendous flood here in our area (we weren't touched, but dh is a volunteer firefighter who has been gone long long hours) I have not been on plan at all. :sad2: I will be starting again, and will post. I feel better now that I have confessed!

WTG Rachie, iankh, MaryJ - keep up those losses!

Good luck to Becka and Jeanne - jump right back in there!

I only lost .6 this week, but at least it is a loss. Just short of 10 lbs for 3 weeks. I will do better next week - Easter candy almost gone! I would like to lose 5 more before our trip. That will be a total of 15 lbs less that I have to carry around all day! I am doing an 8-mile bike rally in the morning. Hopefully I will continue to exercise after that. It has been my motivation to get off my butt this week.

Have a great day everyone! Mary

:grouphug: Jeanne :grouphug:
So sorry to hear your life has been disrupted. Just remember, "one day at a time, no guilt, move on" You'll be back where you want to be in no time! :sunny:

Sunny

I weighed in today, and I'm down 2 pounds. :) I really wanted that 10-lb clippie, but surely if I'm good I'll get it next week. :goodvibes

Welcome to the WW thread, iankh! :sunny:

MaryJ, Rachie0507, mepperson – Congratulations on the weight losses! :cool1:

MaryJ - That new clippie looks absolutely mahvalous! :smooth:

Becka – LOVE the chart idea – I’m trying to lose for a December trip to WDW too! :goodvibes Good luck to you on your first week back OP! :shamrock:

Jeanne – Although I’ve heard confession is good for the soul, I hope you’re not beating yourself up over not being OP during the difficult times. You’re back on track and that’s what matters. Best of luck (and a little PD) to you! :wizard:

OK everyone I tried WW on my own a while back (January to be exact) and did well but struggled after a vacation and have REALLY fallen off the wagon and gained back more than I'd have liked not to mention the fact that I'd hoped to be at goal by summer. I'm going in the WRONG direction. I can't do this on my own apparently so I'm going to WW on Thursday for my first meeting. Anyone want to tell me about their experience? I am a little nervous and have no idea what to expect. I understand the program very well but not what the meetings are like. I plan to visit here often and help to support all of you and hopefully have lots of good news of my own to report. :wizard:

I enjoy the meetings but a lot has to do with the leader. My leader is a little nutty and very entertaining with her stories and such. It is a lot of idea sharing and praise and support. They are really helpful.

Welcome back to WW. This is my 4th time back so I understand where you are coming from.
