WW Weekly Weigh-in

I am up .5lbs this week. I will weigh in again on Thursday (end of the month) cause I think it will be better. Good job to all those who lost, and to the rest of us, keep on keeping on!

Hey - you were there for me last week - so it's my turn!! I'm sure the half pound will be gone at your next WI - and way to go and keep at it!!

I was down another 2.6 lbs this week! I wasn't sure this week because of Easter weekend and my mother's dinner, but I somehow managed to avoid blowing it. Congrats to all who lost and to those who didn't, its a brand new day!
 
Well today's WI wasn't exciting since I didn't gain or lose. It's that TOM so I'm not too surprised or disappointed by it. Next week will be SO much better and I WILL hit the 150's.

KimRaye--thanks for the pep talk, I guess I should give myself a break---I wish the scale would be as forgiving :earboy2: You should be so proud of yourself w/your weight loss....did you have weeks like that too??

Well I'm back op today and I am back in the "mode" where I am determined to win over the battle of the BULDGE :cheer2:

I lost 3.6 pounds this week, AND I got to add my first ever weight loss clippie to my sig!! :cool1: ( Of course I also got my bookmark at my WW meeting. :sunny: )

It is so exciting to see the encouragment you all give to each other on this thread. I hope that one day I can be of some help to someone. Until then, I'd just like to say congrats to all you losers and keep up the good work, everyone! :goodvibes

Absolutely Barbara!!! I remember one week in particular, I had a bad week, a holiday and one BD, and I was way over points AND flex points, so I said THIS is the week - I'm gonna totally blow it, get it out of my system, and I did! I proceeded to eat at least one piece of every chocolate candy we had in the house at the time, and we had a lot, I ate some even higher point snack stuff, and just got it out of my system. Whew, I won't deny that it felt good. :blush: So, whether you plan for it, or it just happens, it's kinda cleansing imo. ;) Right back on track, and better for it I think. :teeth:

I was off program last week too. It was my birthday AND the kids spent spring break at their grandparents (so DH and I could go out to eat and only have to pay for 2 meals instead of 4).

That Easter Candy is terrible! I was just at the store and of course it is all half off. I started with 2 bags in my cart (for the kids of course), but ended up putting it back (Yeah!). But it was HARD! And I do still want it.

We all struggle with it, and there will be good days and bad days. In the end, I know that I feel better going to bed at night knowing I had a 'good' day. But OH! How I wantto be bad!!!! pirate:

The good news is....I lost the 1.5 lbs that I gained while in Las Vegas two weeks ago with DH. The bad news is....no additional loss, so I'm back where I was before the trip. Oh well, at least it's in the right direction!
 
I lost 1 pound this week. I am creeping towards my 15 pound clippy.

Easter chocolate is my downfall! I have done really well though. I only had 1 cupcake on Easter and they were sitting right in front of me. I kept smelling them and saying I want one. But I had to tell myself that they weren't that good, they just smelled that way.

This board is such a motivation.....It really helps to know that other people go thru the same struggles & it makes you feel less alone in the weight loss journey :flower:

I had weigh in and lost .4 lbs. It's not much but I'm happy considering I was expecting a gain b/c I had 3 bad points days this past week. I hope to do much better this week.
 
I was a big zero this week. But I am so glad! I was baaadddd - chinese food, ice cream cake, then Easter... I thought for sure I would have a gain, but I stayed exactly the same and I am thrilled!

Good job this week everyone!
 
Just an update on Tuesday's WI. I weighed again this morning (normally I don't weigh 2x in a week, it was for the March challenge) and I am down 1lb. So, I lost the .5 I gained, plus an additional .5lb! I will take it happily! Great job, to everyone who is keeping on even when the going gets rough!
 
Sounds like everyone managed to get through Easter pretty much unscathed.

I missed my meeting last week, but weighed in tonight and lost 2.2 over the last two week for a total lost of 12.4.

Just got back from my very first WW meeting and I am very excited. Leaning towards trying the CORE plan and hoping to post results next week......

By the way how many of you do CORE and how many of you use Flex Points. What do you like and not like about the plan.

Just did my final weigh-in for March -- couldn't do my normal weigh in on Tuesday morning because I was in WDW. I lost another 2 pounds in the past 10 days.
