Dave: Ooh, a sneaky TM WO for a sneaky--and speedy--Panda. I say that doing speed work like that will definitely help you with this year's goals!
Dana: Getting to do the Minnie? That's great news &

for having your DH's support! And that 7:16 mile. Take it & run with it! (Where else can I drop in a pun like that and get away with it?)
Amy: I believe in the Chi, too! I think it has a lot to do with my feeling good when I run--if for no other reason than it makes me pay attention to what I'm doing. It's affecting my walking, too!

More important, WTG on the pace!

I just knew is would happen for you!!! You're in great shape for the Minnie!
Oh, I just read your second post. I'm sorry about your friend, and I hope the memorial service will help everyone who attends celebrate your friend's life and to mourn together.
Angie: Oh, I hope your runs continue to get better and stay better. I'm so glad that you're determined to work through them, though, and to analyze what works for you. And remember to eat, eat! Food is Fuel, right
Connie? I know what you mean about liking to train with your DH & missing his presence; I value the time DOOD and I can train together. It's changed our relationship for the better.
Jeff: Oh, I don't know. I kinda like the Peep better.

Seriously, what an impressive tattoo! Both yours and Mel's have great colors & lines. Same artist?
Lily: The ark might have to swing by here after...
Stephanie: Glad to hear you rested the knee. How did the WO go?
Cecilia: Oh, I'm so sorry to hear about your DD.
I'll keep you both in my thoughts, and hope & pray for the best.
Judy: Aww, thank YOU for the compliment.

Enjoy your rest day--you deserve it!
Scott: Yeah, my tiredness came & went--it was quite a swing in energy between those two days.

Oh, and I just wanted to say that I've been quite impressed with the way you and Amy are so supportive of one another; you both kind of sum up what WISH is to me. So congrats on signing up for the ING; Amy will be with you in spirit, I'm sure--as will we all!
Carrie: I'm glad your yoga was easy & rejuvenating. I hope your run is pleasant, if somewhat brisk. (I'll hope for a heat wave for you, though.)
Kristi: Yeah for your certificate! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the furniture delivery.
Stacie: Awww about your loss of a good boss--they can be hard to find. (Good for him, though.) Nice pace, especially with the wind. And bird bath the the ladies room? Too funny!
Lily: Sounds like your weather is headed our way. (Love Cleveland anyway!) Good news from Animal Control. And best of all, yea for your TM steps! Are you still feeling good, I assume?
As for me: Today was supposed to be a run, but as usual it was raining--harder than normal, with flood warnings all over the TV. So I went to the gym--as usual. Except it was really crowded, with ALL the TMs taken for the first 1/2 of my WO. So I bagged the run as my legs were already tired and I'm not confident enough to "man up" like that yet. I bargained with myself--I'm going to run tomorrow. Even though I don't like to mess with my training schedule for Cleveland, running tomorrow will give me a rest day before Saturday's LR so I should be fine.
