Yes, I have started our Christmas shopping, in fact I'm almost done. When I see something that I think so and so would like I pick it up. I have a closet that we call our "Gift Closet". I'm always picking up great stuff. I bought DD a Gameboy Advance that was reduced to 1/2 price, paid $35.00 for it. We will give it to her for her b-day in November. The worst person I have problems buying for is my DH. I never know what to get him.

Yep! I start with the after-Christmas sales (especially at Yankee Candle) ! But, I take advantage of sales all year round, free shipping, etc. Trouble is, I need to keep better track because sometimes, when I open the closet I've overbought for one or more people!! (Birthday gifts abound in that case!!)

LOL, I am still in summer mode, can't even think of Halloween yet! btw, just kiddin about the retching part...all the power to ya, I am the world's worst procrastinate...but it makes the middle and end of Dec interesting for me

Not at all a personal attack p&w! Besides, I'm NO WHERE near ultra-organized, like you say! I just LOVE shopping AND getting good deals on quality and/or desired products! I may have some Christmas shopping done but, I've still got Oct. & Dec. BD's to shop for! In my mind, that's a whole different mentality so, I can't hit the Christmas Closet!! Oh well, I'm off to shop for BD's, I guess!!

BTW, I DO NOT have DD's Halloween costume yet (I'm working on it though) and.... after over 10 years of marriage, DH has started shopping on 12/23 rather than 12/24 so, it goes Both ways in THIS house!! LOL

Mostly finished mine already. WE are doing the easy one this year. DS and his SO are getting a WDW trip, so that was easy. DD is getting a redo on her living room. While not easy, it can't be wrapped!

We are going to WDW for Christmas...kinda hard to wrap that for the kids.
Already getting a few things for them to open. Now just need to remember to bring them with us.

Going to get MIL,FIL a gift cert. to somewhere. Any suggestions?
They are in their 70's.
Getting my mom a Gift certif. to local grocery store and local Walmart. She loves to go there. She is 82.

My nephew works in the computer division of a company owned by Les Wexner. He can get me $25 g.c. to bath and body for $15. Guess what I am making my husband give me for Christmas? Bath and Body!

Getting stuff done little by little. It makes it much easier to buy stuff that way.

Thanks...I think I might do that. I am not sure if they will be flying to GA from MI or driving. But, either way, they can use the G.C.'s sometime.
They don't cook that much for themselves.
