I don't currently have an annual pass, but plan to upgrade my tickets when I am there. Years ago I did this and I'm wondering if I still can. Can I book the annual pass rate for a hotel now, even though I will not have the annual pass at check in (but I will have it by check out).

Yes, you can do that! Just be sure to present your AP to the front desk once you have it so they don't bump you up to rack rate
