BONITATIME said:I have a very sweet tooth and the first week or so I find terribly difficult as I break my sugar cravings. i am trying this time to eat sugarfree jelly, fruit and low fat yogurts. Its not the same but at least this way I might get into some of my clothes.
Hi tink,Tink78 said:That's amazing isn't it. Well done everyone.
I went back to WW last night so I have officially started my diet this morning, and I pledged to lose 6 lbs in your 6 weeks, so there's only 4 1/2 weeks to go!
I weighed 1/2 lb more than I thought so I have changed my countdown - 11 1/2 lbs to go until my target weight.
I really am excited, and can't 'weight' (ha ha) to go to WW next week to see if I have lost anything.
Is anyone else doing WW 'No Count', rather than counting points?
I used to do points but I am going to give 'No Count' a try this week as there is no limit on the amount you eat, but you have to stick to certain foods.
I thought it would be best for my first week, so I won't go hungry as if I am peckish in the evenings (which is when I am normally naughty) I can eat what I like, as long as it's on the list!
Well, here goes.....

try putting half hot water when making sugar free jelly and adding half diet lemonade to it!, you then have a lovely sparkly tasting jelly!!![]()
diberry said:Would anyone be willing to take over putting up the weekly totals please? It's just a matter of adding up the weight lost - I used to do it on Sat evening - so people can see how much has been lost each week and then totalling those amounts at the end of each 6 weeks. Sorry, I won't be around to do it.
