Weight-loss Pledge Weigh-in Week 1

I have dropped all alcohol, chocolate, hot chocolate with whipped cream (this was the hard one) biscuits and crisps. I can't seem to stop drinking fizzy drinks and cubes of cheese, but I have managed to ditch smoking ( 2 weeks and counting) so I think I should be allowed something. Giving up food and smoking at the same time is tough! I plan to go back to the gym and pool this week so we'll see how that goes,
