I really need to do some exercise now, as i need to tone up but i just can't be bothered. anyone else feel like this?
I've been given serious thought to joining a gym as I need the encouragement. Otherwise where will all these wobbly bits go :scratchin

Well done everyone!

I will also be weighing on Wednesday in SW - not holding out much hope though - not been very good this week! :worried:

i only weighed myself yesterday so i am lagging behing a week :sad1:
i made up for it by doing some serious work at the gym though ::yes::

Well done to everyone who has lost so far. I have my weight watchers meeting tomorrow so will post as soon as I get back from there. I'm hoping I have done even half as well as some of you guys, well done again.

Hiya,

Anybody know if I can amend my ticker with my wieght loss? I have just had to do a whole new ticker for my 4lb loss this week but was hoping I could just update???

TMI, Reid!!!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: I never thought I'd ever join a gym but it does give you good motivation if only because it's so darned expensive that you have to keep going to get your money's worth!!! :rotfl: I get fed up very quickly with exercise so the gym's good because there are so many different machines, classes, pools etc to vary your visits.

Yes i do;. I usually find it takes me AGES to get into the swing of exercising, but when I do I get on a roll and do it religiously. I just need to summon the enthusiasm to start :)

Everyone has done fabulously well so far!

I have yet to weigh but will post back when I do!

Did anybody else watch Paul McKenna Will Make You Thin tonight? I am normally quite cynical but everything that Paul McKenna says rings so true, and I love the way he puts everything; it makes you feel really positive about it! His rules make so much sense to me, and it's given me a new boost so I'm really going to go for it tomorrow. :)

Everyone should have their own personal Paul McKenna, lol! :sunny:

I watched him tonight and I must admit I have his cd's for weightloss but I bought them and put them away. I shall be giving it my all and I think a lot of what he said made sense. It was very interesting at the end with the people who ate all the breakfast the one morning but then the next morning ate hardly any because they were blindfolded.

I have lost a 1 lb this week but I didn't start till the end of the week all the more reason to try really hard.

Tuesday is my weigh-in day and I've lost 4lb :cool1:
If only it would shift at that rate every week!

Lost 7LBs, Yay!

WEll done Shane - a quater of the way there already - if that doesn't motivate you what will?? keep it up

Just 2lb lost here but better than nothing I suppose. Have to get on the dance mat this week and try and shift a bit more!

Karen

4 lb lost this week, mainly down to cutting out the christmas booxing (makes me sound like and alcoholic!) and being a bit more active. i suspect it will get a bit more difficult from now on but this is a nice boost to start with. Gill

well done on all your weight losses, what a great start!! Shane so far your our biggest loser ( ;) ) -7lbs!! my turn tomorrow to get weighed... :scared:

I just got back from weight watchers and lost 5.5lb this week. I'm really pleased with that as that means it has only taken me a week to get rid of the weight that I gained in 2 weeks at WDW!

Well done to everyone else who has lost this week.
