Okay, I'm in too.

I have an extra day coming up in October that I built into a business trip at the Convention Center, and I believe I just might do me a KimPossible adventure all by myself!

I only have one extra day and I'll likely by at Epcot, but I do have an AP, so you never know, but doing a mission just might be the ticket!

Hey, that Germany mission looks vaguely familiar! Glad you were able to make a "fast" getaway on the boat.

I have some really empty EPCOT fountain photos but you have to wait for those.

They are fun when it is not too hot hot or too cold. Now I sound like Goldilocks Even better with a drink in your hand but then you need to have some coordination to work the phone with one hand or have help.

So by all accounts I had been up since 4:30 am. It was now 3:30pm.
Instead of ducking into Ellen ( Thanks wigd) I vowed I would slow down and take it easy. Yup, 11 hours was slowing down?????
I wanted to take a nap, unpack and relax.
I wandered out to the bus stop.

Judging by my pictures a bus came quickly and in about 15 minutes I was back at POP.

Good Dog.

I unpacked. I looked around. I tried, I really tried but I still was riding on a Disney high.

Parks are open and I am not in them. That's what was screaming in my head. So I was back to the bus stop by 4:45pm. I probably spent a total of 30 min in my room. So much for relaxing.
Now I had some unfinished business.
Remember this.

Must have been in the cards to use because this bus pulled up right away.

I was back here in no time.

Made a beeline for

Never stood in line to play these games.

In no time I am being briefed by Puddy.

With my fast passes used, what is next on my agenda???

I had a plan, and EPCOT that evening was not on it.

So what did I do ??????

I walked back out and caught this.

I got here just before 6pm.

It was evening EMH. A nice treat was another rope drop for EMH.

I love it when the CM's are really having a good time.

At some point the sky decided to open up. Ak is not the greatest park to be caught in the rain. Totally forgetting to eat at Food and Wine, food would be a great distraction to wait out the rain.

At this point, it was still raining. I remember huddling under an awning by the Yak and Yeti CS and still getting a bit wet. EE in the rain was not my kind of fun. Walking all the way around in the rain, again not so much fun. It appeared to be letting up slowly so I loitered.

It looks like our little rain cloud has been wrung out.
I make my way past a parked rickshaw.

I take this down in case the rickshaw attempts to run me down later.

I love Ak at night for this reason

I make it around by the Nemo theater and noticed the details again.

Apparently I have arrived.

But I have another thrill in mind
I continue my trek

At this point in my Dis Dorkdom I have not even thought of red necking the picture. I would improve on this over time.

It was nearing the 8pm closing time so I made the trek back to get more chance at that Yeti. My original plan was foiled.

Apparently Norbu-bob had been advised to post this.

It is always a great ride in the dark.

The park is now closed so I slowly meander my way to the front.

It took me 45 minutes to walk up to the bus stop. Am I relaxing or am I just spent from being up since 4 am?
The bus mojo is working this trip. I walk over to the bus stop and this pulls up right away.

Where are these people going? I guess they left their cars in the lot?

I get back just in time to see Illuminations from the top floor of POP near my room. A perfect way to end the perfect day.

I do!!! I feel he is perfect for that briefing, as is Gary Sinise for M:S. I even enjoy Ellen, Bill Nye and Jaime Lee Curtis(stupid Judy)

Wow! Two parks - or three if you count the return trip to Epcot - and this was after starting at 4AM???

Animal Kingdom at night is beautiful. I have never been there after dark - I'll have to remedy that sometime - those pictures of Everest and the Tree lit up would be worth the trip.
