Yes! I used it to put the flowers on this Small World costume last year for the half.Has anyone ever tired removable vinyl or anything for temporary shirt decorations on athletic material?
I have a light blue shirt I'm planning on using for the marathon could be fun to put some snowflakes or an Arendelle flag design or something on there, but I would want something that could make this a normal running shirt again after.

The shirt is a lightweight tech material and the skirt is Bolder (formerly Sparkle Skirts). The vinyl stayed on fine until I made the mistake of using a throw-away poncho to keep it dry pre-race. The vinyl grabbed onto the light plastic of the poncho and peeled right off anywhere it made contact. With the help of some fellow DISers, I was able to salvage most of the pieces and put it back on, but it was a stress I didn't need.
I'd use it again, but definitely be aware of placement so that the vinyl can't make contact with any other material (be aware of sides, arms and legs). Also if your item isn't flowy, it could make contact with other runners when things get tight in the corral. It DID come off easily after the race and I am able to re-use the shirt and skirt for other things. So if the item you want to apply it to is something you don't want to damage, it works from that perspective.
