Hey everyone! It sounds like all of you are doing well for the most part.
Lisa I wish I had an answer for you. About the best thing I could come up with is wrap it while you run and ice it afterwards. The next best thing, for me anyway, would be to find a good chiro and see if they could help. I hope it gets better for you soon.
Liz I am so happy to see you around. You have been missed, that's for sure. I know you are going to follow your doctor's decisions because you are smart. I just want to tell you to take it easy when you get back at it. We don't want you to hurt yourself. Call on me anytime you need your little bro!! You have the number.
Augie That was a good guess but way off. Honestly, you gave me the idea the other day. The quote was from Sapce Cowboys. It was the scene where a couple of the "rookie" astronauts were in there weight training and they asked Tommy Lee Jones if he could lift 225 also. So he got James Garner to spot him and the rest is history, so to speak.
Erica Where is my Erica?? My original movie buff teammate, where are you??? I have been missing your enthusiasm around here. Hope all is well with you and you will come back soon.
Beth I have been wondering what had happened. Your totals are very good. Nothing to suggest that you are not motivated. I personally think that you are doing awesome!! Keep moving and don't forget to stop by every once in a while.
Lisa Those are some great numbers. Keep it up!
Jenn $400 for 7 nights. I may have to look into that. That sounds like a great deal and just maybe something that I can afford. Congratulations on that. Also congratulations on being able to spend your birthday in Disney. That is something that I was hoping to be able to do this year but it isn't going to happen. Oh well. Maybe next year.
Sharon Your Disney knowledge will make me think that you are a true fan. Who would have imagined huh??
As for Me I have been faithful to the gym this week. (Wow. A whole 2 days!) I am planning on doing something everyday for the rest of the week. I am aiming for at least 125 miles for the week but I guess we will still see.
Tomorrow is "Hump Day"! We have reached the middle of the week. Let's keep it up and finish the week with a lot of gusto, vigor and enthusiasm!!
Bryan
