Setting up member account question.

Hi all,
We just got the email to set up member account. I was just wondering if I should use the same account that’s tied to our last couple cash trips(has magic band info and what not). That account is also linked to Disney+ and what not. Just wasn’t sure if DVC account should be different then the other Disney stuff. Thanks in advance.
 
I bought in late 2019. I got an "activation" email that I had to call to set up with my account. I never got anything in the mail except the stupid magazine, and the magnet I paid $8 for.
 
When I got my first contract, I was able to use the same credentials I had set up for My Disney Experience. After logging in, it asks for your activation and pin code, otherwise you can't go any further. If you have the same email you provided on the closing paperwork to set up your account as you do on the WDW website, I'm pretty sure it's the same credentials to log in.

Thank you, that’s exactly what I was wondering.
 
Disney doesn't understand security, all accounts end up the same.. user ID, password.. A real "Mickey Mouse" way of doing things.
I don't necessarily mind having my MDE and DVC accounts be one and the same... but having those also be my Disney+ account?? Let me link them, Disney, if you really want to track all of my activity/data, but please let me create a separate login for my Disney+ account!
