Mine & my DS showed compatible and still crashed.




Upgrade the phone's IOS version to the latest fixed the issue with the latest version of MDE. I can practice again for next day at HS!

Just got off the phone with disney tech support and found out they are aware of the issue. It is happening with older model iPhones and the problem is on Apple's end, but they are trying to get with Apple to correct it. It does not sound like it will be fixed immediately, so the cast member suggested using someone else's phone in my party (luckily my sister's iPhone SE works).

Not yet. We went during our window and it was down so we went to lunch. When we came back it was down again after a brief start and has been down for hours since

So both my DH and I tried both times today and it was S.L.O.W. A lot slower than when I just practice myself. I know everyone says it doesn't matter but for us it did. We were both logged into the same account.

I noticed it was slow today as well. Just me on the account. I was still able to get through once, but loading the friends and family page took way longer than it should, and I have the newest iPhone and most up to date version of mde. Also, the first time loading, it only had 2 out of 4 on the FF list.

Exact thing that happened to me. I'll have us both try again tomorrow to see if today was a fluke.

I posted this on another thread, but just wanted to post about our ROR experience here in case it helps anyone out. We are staying at pop and after Debating between Lyft and Skyliner, decided to go Skyliner. My husband is an early bird and volunteered to go down real early to the Skyliner line. He was in line about 7:50 and was 5th in line. We joined him about 8:40. Skyliner started a few minutes after 9, transfer was pretty quick, and we were in Hollywood studious by about 9:30. We even got in line for MMRR and rode it, getting off at 9:59 just in time to sign up for ROR. Whole family tried for a boarding pass and my daughter who lives in Connecticut actually was the one to snag our passes for us, boarding group 15! If you are ok getting up early, Skyliner was awesome.
Boarding group was called about 11:30, ride went down part way through. No worries, it was a great air conditioned place to spend 30 minutes or so chatting with super kind CM’s. Started back up and finished this amazing attraction!

Replying to myself... here right now. Waited at Riviera at 9:05 for about 5-7 minutes. Now, in line at CBR. Looks like a long line, but going fast. Stated wait time was 5 — which was about right. So, leaving Riviera at 9:05, suspect will be in park at HS 9:35. Will let you know if that does not happen . . .

My wife and I got some practice in this morning. I was able to click through to the "is everyone in the park?" screen, she was not. Felt like the bgs were all taken almost immediately.

And you guys are sure that doesn't matter, that we should just pick whomever is listed and then go to a CM to get the rest added? There are 6 of us. Going Sat. Thanks!

It’s typically a glitch in the system, not because multiple people are trying at the same time.

And yes, if it happens in the park,add who you can and go to the CE team. Someone mentioned recently that since it’s one party to ride vehicle, if you have 8 or less in your group, they add everyone without hassle. Though even before Covid, they’d do what they could as well,usually adding the missing ones.
