PS - Jim, it was 48F here last night and the house thermostat shows 71F now. Trying not to flip it from HEAT to AC yet. But it's been nice - I've been to 5 Alabama baseball games in 6 days to start the season so far. And another home stand this weekend (Rhode Island-teams from up north make southern swings to start their season before it gets warm enough for them begin home play).

Winter is OVER here in the Southeast. I issued that proclamation to all my Old F@rt coffee buddies 2 weeks ago. We'll have a couple more cool snaps, and frosts, but they won't stick around. Once we get to March, we got it made!
