There was a conversation last year around this time about the Grand Floridian lobby being way too busy... I've been seeing comments on other apps over the last day or so saying The Perch will kill the reason why they wanted to visit the lobby.
What do you think about holiday crowds and how you think it will impact you as an owner?
I myself am worried about drunken behaviors with this being out 8n the open, but would like to see a slightly lower crowd level over the holidays.

I don't really see this as a bar you are going to post up at and tie one on. The menu is currently too limited, and as you said, it's a bit too open. I think this bar is serving two purposes: the first being to alleviate some of the demand on Enchanted Rose, as it was the only place to get a drink in the lobby, and the service bar there gets really busy. The second is for those guests who are just arriving or maybe relaxing for a little bit and want something to drink; they can accommodate them. Before they built the Perch, guests would either not get a drink or would have to go all the way upstairs. So, they are alleviating some demand, allowing guests who want to sit and stay a while at Enchanted Rose to do so, while also generating some extra revenue from those spending time in the lobby.
