just moved to 20 minutes. We’re 70 minutes past the original estimate, in case anyone needs some timing info to plan their day. We have a 2pm Oga’s we may not be able to make,

Only way to know what hoarding group they are on is to be in person and watch their BG sign

We got called back at 1:07 for BG 20. Got in line at 1:12. Seemed like it was moving well, then it went down, so we’re waiting.

Probably too late to help you, but they evacuated us after about 45 minutes.

So, we entered The queue at 1:12 and were out at around 3pm. Checked into Oga’s immediately after at 3:05 and they were very understanding about us being late.

They did give them out at 1 pm today— we secured boarding group 38– we were called back at 4pm —

They also dropped at 4 PM but were gone in about 10 seconds. The final BG message was quite slow as the 1 PM message popped back up first and then the Final BG message finally appeared
about 20 seconds.

No, they offered a return pass if we wanted to leave. I didn't see anyone choose that though.

We got backup group 48 at rpm actually but decided we didn’t want to stay for a backup since the ride was so spotty all day...we ended up being called around 5:30pm so I was quite surprised that we would have gotten to ride after all.

Congrats! I probably had too poor a connection to secure one as I was trying to do it while on TSMM...not an easy feat. I hope you got to ride!

Interesting. We were in line for quite a while (1.5 hours) because it went down. I didn’t see CMs offering return passes. In fact, I didn’t see any CMs that we could have asked. We were in the part of the queue immediately before the pre-show. So, maybe they just figured we were so close (6 parties ahead of us), we would want to stay.

Yeah we were past the pre-show. There were CMs everywhere.

Oh, and the return they were offering initially would let us skip the pre-show, pick up exactly where we were. But when we were booted, they didn't mention that. When I came back, I had to rewatch the pre-show.

This thread is very stressful! We are heading out in two weeks and the parks seem so peaceful except for this ride. I realllllly hope we get a BG and get to ride. Thanks for the tips everyone!

Yep. All you can really do is be in the park before 10, which is very very easy, and fully open the app right as it turns 10 (or you can refresh if you want) where you make sure you have good connection. As long as your phone isn't super slow and the app plays relatively nice, there isn't much to worry about. 30 seconds to a minute gives enough time for a couple hiccups on either end before you are in trouble and have to wait until 1PM for a possible boarding pass.
