Success! Watched the apple clock tick to 10AM, opened app, joined and got 18. I was on Verizon LTE iPhone 11 in the Railway line (had full bars, zero lag)

I got my first practice run in this morning. Was able to get to the "is everyone in your party in the park" screen one time. By my second attempt, the ride was booked.

Exact same. I'd say maybe 15 seconds and it was gone.

I practiced for the first time, too. I have iPhone 10 with AT&T. I am worried about the AT&T part once I am actually in the park. The successful videos I have seen show Verizon.

Hmmmm.....DHS doesn't open until 10 AM and closes at 8 PM, they use a VQ that is supposed to be for 3 time slots where the spots are gone in seconds, many in the later BGs are getting emails toward the end of the day that their group won't even board, and we have BG 1 that hasn't even started as of 10:30 based on the report form @MegaraWink. Hmmmm........

BG 20 today! At 10am, estimated 110 wait.At 10:50, it’s estimating 75 minutes. So BG 20 should be around a noonish return, unless it’s down.

9:00-left Poly. Drove.
9:09-at line to enter lot. Maybe about a dozen cats back?
9:13-parking opened; line moved quickly.
9:31-tapped and inside park

I was fastest of our 4, but the only one in my party that had previous practice. Mom FTW!

Got BG5 this morning. Tried right at 10 from entrance to Toy Story Mania. Called at 1004.

I'm glad you got to ride. Crazy for BG 1 to be that delayed. I hope they can get the reliability issues under control soon.

Okay I'll tell you my secret. I don't wait for the number to change from 9:59 to 10:00, I get a clock countdown that shows seconds (my native Android clock app does this, if you toggle a setting) and then I anticipate it has changed by the time I'm ready to push the button. That, and all the other tips mentioned in this thread. I wasn't aiming to get it before they were gone, I was aiming to destroy everyone else's time.
