I really appreciated the beach theme. I could have used it before I went to the bank, drove all over town looking for a parking spot, almost hit several pedestrians, and ended up parking in a no parking zone.

Yes T&B the shells look suspicious, like they are mysteriously floating over the top of the apple - 0.5

I thought we determined yesterday that all drinks need a bendy straw for a complete score. - 0.5.

Okay, folks! Today I went with my all time favorite theme- summertime!! Lunch is on the porch, and Jimmy Buffett music is playing in the background. I've gone with a picnic theme consisting of a hot dog with relish, potato chips, buttered noodles, and of course, dessert. I'll admit the apple is only to represent nutrition and I have no intentions of actually eating it.

Can we all agree that I've come a remarkably long way in both my picture posting prowess and food presentation? And, can we all agree that I have way too much free time on my hands?

Disclaimer: I did not really eat on the porch. It is October. This is Maine. It is cold.

Luvflorida, I just want to start with a comment on the beauty of your presentation:

Now, let's talk about content. You've got a little bit of protein in the dog, along with a lot of whatever else it is that goes into hot dogs. I will be charitable and give you quasi-veggie points for the potato chips, since some people call taters veggies. Other than those two points, we're looking at a whole lot of white flour and some sugar.

Here's the breakdown:
Presentation: 10 points - just beautiful
Nutrition: 3 protein points for the hot dog, 1.5 "veggie" points for the chips, total 4.5 points
Taste/Enjoyment - 7 (would have been a 5.5, but the cupcake does look good)
Average: 7.17

OK, luvflorida, I need to talk to you at the request of my husband...yes, I showed your most recent pic to my husband. He has some serious doubt about your....seashell. Says it was photoshopped in. It does look a bit suspicious. So what gives with that? Can't rate you until I hear back about that.

Presentation: I am going to give you 5 points for presentation...even if the shells or other decorations were from photoshop, it does show a true effort in continuing the theme.

Nutrition/Variety: This is where I have a problem...chips, white bread, noodles, and a cupcake. For the love of starches....let's see some whole wheat next time. Score - 3

Setting - I will give you a score of 1.2 on mixing up the setting to the outdoors. HOWEVER, I was hoping to see the cat somewhere in the picture????

Total - 9.2

If Poohnatic is reading, she'd be jealous to know that I ate J&P's pizza. Still not real New York pizza, but better than the cardboard crap that the chain places try to pass off as pizza.

I found it---was it good? Did you get garlic rolls, too?

Believe it or not, we have FOUR, yes FOUR, good places to get pizza in our little town that's smaller than Germantown! Three of them are NY transplants and one also has Greek on the menu. The fourth, well, cracker crust, but it's good when you're in the mood for it.

No poolside lunches?

Since LuvFlorida has opened this up to the viewing audience, I'll be sure to photograph my lunch tomorrow. I took a picture of the remnants of today's meal, but this isn't "rate my crumbs"

See what happens when everyone and their brother owns a digital camera? We wouldn't be doing this if we had to DEVELOP these at 20 cents a print!

SCORE! In locating my card reader, I found my Wise BBQ Potato Chips. Soon, more crumbs on the plate! See?
