Catching up! The ADRs look great! I think I remember you telling me that your dad was not a 50s fan, so it seems like a perfect time to go there! I have never had an Ohana breakfast, but so many people rave about the character interactions there. I think I've expressed my CP love to you. The food, the atmosphere, the staff, all :thumbsup:!

As far as a favorite resort I've stayed in -- POFQ. Big enough, yet small enough. I love NOLA and this gives you just a taste!

Looks like the shower/bacholerette party was a lot of fun! I am hoping your time off request comes back soon so you can use those great flights!

Thanks!!!! I was happy with the drop in price. I've looked since then and it has remained the same which makes me happy that I didn't wait. Let's just hope that the work approval comes soon to make it "official"

hooray for booked flights! delta seems like the best deal out of cincinatti. thats sooo funny, i just flew out of CVG (cincinatti/Kentucky) two days ago on delta! i love that they have a TCBY there *yum* im actually from cleveland and was there on business .. and my company made me fly! pretty silly, eh?

It's a nice airport! We've eaten at the Skyline there before we moved to the area and since we've moved, we've eaten at the Max and Ermas and the Wolf Gang Puck Express..both were good places!

Yay!! Booked flights and Mickey mail! That's a double whammy!

MNSSHP TICKETS!!!



HAPPY FRIDAY THE 13TH DIS FRIENDS!!!

Thanks for all the well wishes while I was away! I will be starting the Aug 2010 TR tomorrow. I figured I would start off with this one while my pics are loading on Photobucket!

I have some news and updates about this PTR..

First of all:

70 DAYS TILL WE LEAVE!!!!!!!

I can't believe I have only been back for 3 days and it's now only 70 days till I go back!


2nd of all:

Have you seen my tickers???

My Aug 2010 one is gone but...

I HAVE A DECEMBER ONE NOW!!!!!
That is right, I will be gone in 70 days with the CP/PI Friends reunion and will get back and head back down to WDW 44 days after the reunion trip.

Can you believe it?! The Dec trip will be the family "pre-xmas" trip. I will start a PTR but after I finish the Aug 2010 TR. I'm not having 1 TR plus 2 PTR going at the same time..that's just crazy but just for a heads up, Xmas one will be coming soon and you won't believe the resort and/or view/category that we are looking into!!!


3rd of all:

On Fri 6th (week ago today), I was driving in the car with Dbro on our way to WDW and I got a text from K that was a massive FB private message titled: Major Life Changes. Well, as it turns out, the school that K interviewed with in FL 2 weeks prior had called her 2 hours earlier and offered her the music teaching job at an elementary school (K-4). Of course she accepted it and had to be down for orientations by Wed so she ended up packing Fri, Sat, and Sun and started driving down Mon. I talked to her on Wed and she got to see her HUGE classroom and had an insurance meeting yesterday. They hired 69 new teachers. The school is 1 hour west of West Palm Beach. Now only if I could get my Praxis passed

Anyways, she said that she will plan on driving over for the weekend possibly going to MNSSHP on Sun 10/24 but will have to leave early for school the following day.

Congrats to K!!!!!!!!!!

I plan on calling M this weekend to see what her status is...




As far as the trip goes..

I BOUGHT OUR MNSSHP TICKETS TONIGHT!!!!!!!

J didn't want to wait and since we booked everything else, why not add it to the credit card.

It was $114 for our tickets. The only things major left to do is to book DME and pay in full!!

I did take a pic of the tix but I'm not going to upload just one pic so it can wait!


Well, that's it as far as this PTR goes for now.

HAPPY MONDAY DIS FRIENDS!!

I normally don't post during the week just because I'm busy with work and really should be since I found out last week that my co-teacher is being moved to the Kindergarten room and I'm staying in Pre-K so I'll be all alone and have soo much to get ready for, for next week when my 10 (some old/some new) kids will join me!

but...

MEGHAN TEXTED ME TODAY AND SAID SHE'S COMING IN OCT!!!


She pretty much has given up on the DC jobs and if they interview her she will say she's had a trip planned and so be it?

I sent her all the resort info about us adding her on and the costs!

I'm really hoping this won't be an issue but since FD was extended, it shouldn't be a problem!

We are staying with POP as it would be a nightmare (I'm sure?) to switch to a Moderate. All in All, by M coming, it will save J and I around $50 each!!

So that is my good news for the day, it's not set in stone so we shall see but it's a great start!!!

I finally made my way over here (I have no idea how I didn't realize that you had started this PTR as well...where the heck have I been?)! Yeah for 3 of you being able to go, the more the merrier! I have to ask, what are your tentative December dates? From you ticker it looks like we might be there at the same time! That would be so great! Your dining choice sound great! I would love to try Le Chefs, but with a 2 year old, I think that one will have to wait! We love CP! It is a must do for us on every trip! We are going to Ohana for the first time in December, and are actually doing breakfast and dinner, so I guess we will see! I can't wait to read more!
