***Official March 2026 Thread***

Spring discounts came out today!
Now I'm trying to figure out if it's worth it to try to add a day at the end of our trip to save a little on flights!
DH says show me the numbers! We would save $70 per person for flights if we left a day later but we would need to change resorts for the last night and I don't see any resorts for $140 - numbers don't lie, I guess I will stick with what I have.

I called and got this added to our Fort Wilderness Campsite stay. It saved us a little over $200. Every little bit helps.

I’m spending about $300 more to stay in a preferred studio at Riviera instead of a Tower Studio. That 6-day trip just got a lot more comfortable!

We are staying march 14-21. First time doing "spring break" and a little nervous we usually go in May. The offer saved us more money than bounce back! Also switched from pop to movies.

We are arriving on March 28 staying until April 4. The first night is at the Holiday Inn Disney Springs which I booked for points because our airline reservations have us coming in super late and I didn't want to waste a day at a higher priced resort where we couldn't even go to a park.

We're doing room only and using complementary tickets from 10 years ago. on the 29th of March we are going to Fort wilderness for the rest of the stay. I'm very excited. We got a good discount and our plans are coming along pretty well. We are flying on breeze in nonstop flights and my son and I chose to fly first class because the seats are a little bit bigger and he needed a bigger seat where I would've had to buy two seats for him and it would've been roughly the same cost. This actually saved me $200.

In 2015 when I went down I had spent a lot of time talking with another mom on a Disney forum (maybe mouse for less?) who was going down at the same time and we were actually able to meet up with her at one of the parks. That was magical.

Hi!

First, if there is already an existing March 2026 thread, please let me know!

We will be staying 6 nights with tickets for 1 park a day for 4 days. We are having a break day too.

Previous trips have been at YC, CB, Pop and other values, as well as VRBO offsite.
We are traveling with 8 people.
3 Adults, 4 teens, 1 8yo.
3 first time visitors 🤩

What are your March plans in DW?
What are budget friendly magical experiences for an 8yo?
I'm hoping for discounts to be added when they come out.

Finally booked flights with a cyber Monday deal so I guess it’s official! February 28-March 9! Boardwalk March 1-5 and Boulder Ridge March 5-9. Just have to figure out the night of February 28 - flights were cheaper that day so I booked it but doesn’t really make sense to pay for Boardwalk that night since we won’t land til 8pm.

I booked our flight home yesterday for March 4th. I'm still waiting for a lower price for the trip there on March 1st.

We often use that first night to try a resort that we’ve not stayed at before to see how it feels. And also because I am a completest and want eventually to have stayed at all of the resorts.

When I booked my flights it was less expensive to stay another day, so now I need to figure out where to stay for our last night. Unfortunately Yacht Club is sold out for that day. I thought about moving to the swan or Dolphin but didn't book and now they are sold out. I'm thinking about moving to Caribbean Beach so we could spend most of the last full day at Yacht club then just skyline over to CBR. We have never stayed there before.

You won't be able to bring your luggage with you on the Skyliner. You could have the YC send your luggage to CBR. Then you would just bring a smaller bag with you when you go to CBR. :)

To be honest - this is something that I would consider if I couldn't add a day to my YC/BC reservation. I'm reluctant to book an entire trip at CBR, but one night could work. :)

We're staying at Fort wilderness from March 28 through April 4. But I've been very conflicted about the day of March 28. The reason is that we're not getting in until 11 PM at the airport. So that's basically going to be a wasted day.

I had originally booked that day to be at the Holiday Inn because I have 38,000 points and I could get it for free. But then it's more complicated to get to the resort in the morning and I couldn't get into the room until 4 PM or maybe earlier but we'd have to be kind of on standby for that. So in the end I decided to just book the cabin so we only had to move in and then out at the end of our vacation instead of spending another whole day working on logistics.

It really cost me but in the end, I think it was the right decision. Man if I had the money back from this trip I could've nearly paid off my car. Well, not quite. I could've made a significant dent in the payment though, but would I have enjoyed that as much as a long trip at Disney World?

My life goal right now is just not to make any more changes to my reservation or to call Walt Disney World at all anymore. I've gone back-and-forth on the dining, the memory Maker and the day of March 28. I need to just let it be and stop picking at it.
