Okay, have you seen the kids sail free this Spring? I am trying to convince DH to let me book a 3 day when the kids have a long weekend in February. So far, no go! Booooo! I want to see if I can take my Mom and our girls on it. My Mom has been with me one time many moons ago when I was still a castmember. That time, the island had just been hit by a storm so we only pulled in to drop off supplies. No getting off. Very sad. In fact, my Mom does not have the best cruise karma. The only other cruise she has ever taken was with me for Spring Break in college. Our ship's engine broke and we missed our last port of call. We also had to sail at half speed and it made it super hot in the sun!

On second thought, I should be re-thinking this!

Is anyone else considering a second trip or re-booking while on board?

We will have enough to add the late comers to do FE, that is if we get them on time. Have had issues getting our stuff. Finally heard from them today, we were told they are expecting to ship in 2-3 weeks. Getting a little nervous. Ours will be the gift with no label I have a feeling. May try to label on airplane, but we will see.
Hope you all are having a good week. Still waiting to see if we can find a special on airfare to get home. Have rental car and hotel for sat night with the thought of flying home on sun but we will see. Can't believe I have so much to do before we leave.

Thank you Michelle! I now have all the tags done for the adult FE, and all the FE gifts are done, I just have to "package" them now.
I may have found a dress for Riley for formal night online. I just hate ordering clothes online because I never know if it's going to fit. We'll see.

Kim, what hotel are you staying at the day we get off the ship? I think we are going to stay at the Hyatt. I was just curious if you were going to be there too. We are going straight to Blizzard Beach when we get off (the girls don't know) They've always wanted to do a water park, but we've never taken them. They will be so excited! We decided to do that instead of an excurssion.
Hope everyone has a good night, I'm off for the late afternoon run...pick up Ashley and her friend from tennis, drop her friend off, drop her off at soccer and then take Riley and Bailey to soccer, then after soccer we are taking Bailey out for her Birthday dinner. Tomorrow is her birthday but DH is working overtime, so he wont be here at dinnertime.

Welcome Cathi! How lucky for you that you didn't have the eternity of a wait some of us did! We booked a year and a half ago and it seems like it has taken forever to get here! My middle DD is turning 10 on 9/16 and my youngest DD is turning 5 tomorrow! There are lots of 9 and 10 year old girls and several 4/5 year old girls on the thread. Sorry I don't have a boy to match up with yours 3 girls here. Welcome!

Good Evening everyone! Big day today....Nelia had her first day of kindergarten. Sydney had orthodontist appt and then off to Sydney's Open house at school. She already started but her open house was tonight.

Welcome aboard Cathi!!! U can check with the late comers FE list. The original list is closed but some people may have enough supplies to exchange with you....U will just have to keep track of ur own exchange list! and Andrea is right there are TONS of 9/10 yr old girls!! Even here in Colorado we are getting smoke from the CA and UT fires. Be careful out there. We had a fire and the canyon of our neighborhood filled with smoke. DS11 (3 at the time) became very sick that night and has had asthma ever since. I am from San Diego and miss CA, but not the fires so much.

Cathicool, welcome. Glad you can join us. I am trying to keep the late FE list up to date. This list is for those who are adding about the last couple of weeks. I have added you. I think there is still a good group so you all will have a great FE exchange.

Here is an updated late FE list. We have one more family added on bringing us to three families not on the original list. I have a couple of people who I have sent a private message that won’t see themselves on this list as I am unsure if they are prepared to add more. I am also going to have a cutoff on this list of Sep 12th. That will bring us to about three weeks before our cruise. Does that work for everyone?

Is anyone else considering a second trip or re-booking while on board?

We are definitely booking one cruise and hopefully two while we are on board. We still have not booked the Eastbound Transatlantic for next year, but will do so when we are on the Magic. We were holding off so that we can get the discount and the onboard credit. We booked the Westbound Transatlantic last October.

We are also hoping that the 2011 itineraries can be booked while we are on the Magic. We are hoping for the Wonder Repo.

We will definately be booking a 4-day September 2010, and something in 2011. We are anxiously waiting for the new itineraries to come out so we know where we will be going! I am hoping for either Hawaii or 5-day cruises on the Dream.

Hey everyone!

WELCOME CATHICOOL! We're glad you could join us.

Gosh I'm getting excited. My girlfriend is coming over tonight to do another fitting for my formal dress. I'm praying it works out the way she and I want.

Michelle - I love the picture of your daughter!!! She looks so excited.

For those of you on Facebook (and who are friends with me), my husband shared pictures of Lilli on her first day of school.

Well my FE gift bags are done. Okay, well all but the last 12 (which I ordered yesterday). Tonight, after the fitting and my girls are in bed I'm going to work on tags for the bags. I wanna try to have the bags ready to be stuffed by the end of this weekend. (Obviously I'll have to wait tile the last 12 arrive before they are really done but this will be a good start. ).

I'm also hoping to at least start on my boarding day shirts over the weekend. I should have my dark transfer paper by then. I'd like to be able to cross the shirts off my list.

Okay, so do you wanna know what I'm going to do on Saturday? Well, I'm going to get my ears double pierced this weekend! I'm very excited!!! This is something I've been wanting to do for a long time now and I'm finally gonna do it. Lilli is taking me. She promised to hold my hand. LOL We're doing this on Saturday. On Sunday evening we're going to the drive-in for the last time this season. My BFF and her DH are joining us as well (hopefully).
