Not going to discuss cost vs benefits but our experience. We are Disney veterans and are used to using LLMP, rope dropping, extra hours, etc.

We had MK Premier Pass recently. Normally we just use LLMP. What we discovered is that is completely changed our day. We got into MK around 10am and decided to start at Space Mountain and work around the park counterclockwise.

The PP made our entire day so relaxing. No working the app to get the next LL, no criss crossing the park. We also had no "dead time." Those times where you have like 20 mins till your next LL and really can't do anything else. We just casually strolled from ride to ride. We did just about everything we wanted. We did things we normally skip just because why not, we were in no rush. We sat on benches and ate Mickey bars, etc.

In summary, yes the PP saves you a ton of time in lines but I really think the biggest benefit is that it completely changes the way you tour and enjoy the park.

Hard agree. I think PPs at MK and DHS are absolutely fantastic (aside from the price tag). The relaxed arrival and touring along with the ability to put the darn phone away make for a truly wonderful experience.

So glad you enjoyed it and that it worked so well for you!! Thankful the option is there for those who have a budget to support it.

This is the review I needed! Hubby and I are considering PP for our upcoming trip. We were thinking it would make for a much more relaxing day. Looks like that’s the case. Thank you so much for sharing your experience and review!

Will be getting this for a quick weekend trip in September that we’re taking. It’s my partner’s first time to Disney World so I figure its worth it.

Can it be bought for only some days? Or does it have to be bought for all days? So you could use it in say mk and dhs and not epcot.

Yes it is on a park by park basis, and it is only valid at the Park you purchase if for during normal business hours for that park.

So yes you could purchase it only for MK, and HS but not for Epcot or AK.

Dave got you answered - yes:). For my upcoming trip, I’m buying MP and ILL for most days, and PP for just one. Enjoy!

DD18 and I used LLPP at DHS a few months ago. We were finished everything we wanted to do very quickly (maybe 4-5hrs?). It made for such a relaxing day! I'd do it again for sure.

Thank you for this review! We're doing something crazy and against what most people suggest.... getting LLPP for DHS and EPCOT. And, not for MK -- because there are only five rides at MK we are interested in so we will do early entry and maybe multipass and for sure single for Tron for MK. I keep going back and forth with EPCOT...so, may just decide that day as it seems not to sell out. But, there we want to do almost all of the rides and will basically only have a half day.

Not crazy, just your way! Everyone has their own priorities and ways of enjoying WDW! MK wouldn't be worth it for us most trips either.

Have a great trip!

This is good summary of the benefits but price is just too much for us. I know there is value but you do pay for it

Thank you for sharing your experience. DH wants to try it for our next trip, I was on the fence. Not only because of cost but also because our next trip is late January and we have 8 full days in the park so I think we’d get everything we need with the LL options.

Your experience with dead time is spot on. You can only wander the shops so many times. I don’t enjoy just sitting and people watching. Best review I’ve heard of it. Thank you!

This is why I am going to splurge and get it. My adult son is going with us to MK, probably for the last time until there are grandkids. Being the oldest, he vividly remembers my intense touring style under the original fastpass system, which included rope drop, FP "runners", and criss-crossing the parks. He has asked that this be a much more chill experience, like how we vacation elsewhere. But of course he has a list of favorites that is the opposite of my list and his sister's, so there are over 20 attractions we want to get to. :rotfl2: And we all know that Disney has only gotten busier and less chill over the past decade.

My chill plan is exactly what you described. Arrive at about 10 a.m., so we all have a relaxing breakfast, and then work our way around the park from Tomorrowland, with no thought about time windows, booking more rides, or which lines get long faster. The only exception is that we might catch Buzz early without the LL, so we can do it twice, as it's one of his favorites and going down for refurb right after.
