New free dining offer yeaaah

I went on the Disney website and chatted with a CM over their chat system, and they confirmed the FD offer for the week that I'm going. She said that it's not available to book online and you have to call to get it.

wow! that makes no sense...if it was online, then it would help lighten the load and expedite reservations much quicker!

Called the TA number. I didn't get a wait time... My first call was dropped after about 10 min and now I've been waititng about 30 min!

Well I was on hold for almost an hour. No music. But then the line went dead !!! argh ! soooo I am now back on hold.

I called at 7:05. given a 60 min hold time. No music in the background. at 7:54 got an error message and the call was dropped. Starting over again now with a 45 minutes......The things we do to go to Disney....

glad to see the confirmations of dates starting to pop up around the internet!

When I called in this morning I was given wait time of 25 minutes and now officially over 1 hour and with no hold music. Oh well I will keep on holding. Worth it to me.

I was lucky--called in right at 7 and got a CM right away. Wanted to post on here, but couldn't get back on. Anyway, my CM told me that 10/9--10/29 is blacked out and I couldn't get free dining for any of those dates.

I got super lucky? Waited all of 5 seconds right at 7est! The D3X code didn't pull anything but my CM was super nice. She poked around in the computer and found what I needed to add fd. Truth be told she probably had it right in front of her.
I mentioned that word on the street was that they offered overtime for this week because of the promo. She chuckled and told me I needed to come work for them because I knew all this about the fd already.
We're going to Disney World! And we're eating for free!!

So what are the FD dates? I've seen two "confirmed by a mysterious TA" sets on here already.

Called at about 7:30 EST, waited 25 minutes with no hold music (weird) and made a reservation at the resort I wanted on the dates I wanted! Ended up saving $560 for the two of us and most importantly, we got into Pop Century with the room we wanted at standard. Even managed to get over to dining reservations and book a Cat 1 Hoop Dee Doo res on the DP. I AM SO EXCITED! Thank you to Danny25 and PrincessTiffany for their info and hard work. You're the best!

Been on hold for 1 hour 5 minutes for a 45 minute wait with no music...nothing!!!
Even tried calling on my cell and getting a message about not being the right number code
Something crash???
I am afraid to call back and loose my potential spot!

Help! my hold time is 1hr and 16min, hearing music but wondering how in the world i can be on hold this long after calling in right at 7! Worried that there are no posts about getting through. This is free dining hell!!

Got through to Disney Dining on my cell. The CM was helpful and did offer to transfer me to an agent when I explained being on hold for over an hour (without music), but did say that +1 hour is the general hold time due to a new FD promotion coming out today and I would still have the same wait from the begining if she transfered me. Told her thank you, but I would just say on my current home line as long as I know that I had not been disconnected.

Really Disney, no music, come on!!! Where's the love when we call in THIS early (At least IASW won't be plaing in my head all day! )

was just told in chat that they are in the process of adding it to the website and should be on by mid-morning....wish I could take care of it myself...HATE not having control of my own ressie!!

After 40 min. on hold ... we have FD for our Dec.trip! We were already booked with a 35% off pin but FD saves us another $536!! CM Norman was AWESOME.. said the phones are crazy busy and the deal isn't even on the website yet. I told him the rumor has been around for days but I would not reveal my sources! LOL!
