Still on hold 62 minutes after being told 15 min wait! I have music but it keeps stopping & then there's silence, then it replays the same song I just listened to...I'm stuck in a POTC time loop!

Thank goodness dis is back! I was losing my mind! LOL

I went on the Disney website and chatted with a CM over their chat system, and they confirmed the FD offer for the week that I'm going. She said that it's not available to book online and you have to call to get it.

Looks like the boards are back to semi-normal.

I'm guessing FD killed (or at least maimed) the disboards for about an hour....

I chatted with a rep on the WDW booking site...they do not anticipate it being online anytime soon. Been on hold over 60 minutes, no music...thank goodness for flex time. I really missed you guys over the last hour!

1 hour and 5 mins on hold right now. I have music but it keeps cutting off which gives me a heart attack every time!! Seems several have no music.
