March 24, 2012 - 6 Night Western

Is the Forward FE list up to date? I'm trying to get the gifts organized for all 5 of our cabins that are participating and I must have printed off the list too early as there have been a couple of changes since. One thing I noticed is that there are no names for AwtreyCalifornia just listed as DH & DW. I also want to confirm that ContraguerroFam Grandma isn't participating but the kids are? Their cabin # is 6622 not 6524?

Can't wait for this trip! We have a 4 hour drive to the airport and with winter storms common, we leave here after work the night before our flight. I'm not chancing missing our flights! That means we leave in just 23 days!! A day each at Seaworld and Universal will be a great start to the vacation, then welcome aboard the Magic and meeting all of you! Already have the 21 sets of green beads for everyone in our party but most of them are not on here, although some read but don't post. (You know who you are!)
Hopefully March goes by as quickly as February did!

The Forward FE group is all set. You are correct that the Contraguerro Fam Grandmother is NOT participating and their stateroom number is 6622. It is all set! Can't wait for the cruise!

Thank you for responding to my request for a correction, but there is still a mix up with the room numbers for my family.
Ryan and Laken are in room 6524 (same as always). Grandma is NOT participating.
Alexis and Jay are in room 6622.

I'm worried that this changes the forward and aft groups because 6622 is an aft room. Let me know if you need any more info.

Wish I could pack today!!!!

Sorry if this has already been discussed-- but we will just be hitting the beach at GC and Cozumel, no excursions. Wondering what beach/area anyone would recommend? (just relaxing at the beach, no frills)
For Cozumel, is snorkeling near the shore comparable at all to the sights on a formal excursion? Thanks for any ideas.

Also, I've heard that there's a new Publix within walking distance of Magic Kingdom- anyone know how close it actually is? (we'll be at the parks before & after, but w/o a car)

The vacation's getting so close, I can practically hear the ship's horn!

I can only give you info about Cozumel, but I LOVED the snorkeling at Chankaanab Marine Park. Short taxi ride from the pier, & just fabulous snorkeling. The admission was about $10 & rental of the fins/mask was another $10, but there were tons of chairs & umbrellas & they had a pool & a restaurant. They had guys walking around with drink specials too. I highly recommend this park! Message me for more details!

We were on a 2011 Summer Med Cruise, but cancelled due to concerns in the Med. I know, probably overly concerned.

Sosorry about all the mixups. I think it have it all settled on the the spreadsheets now. We'll keep room 6622 in the Forward group since that is where it originally was before the updated stateroom, so no worries!

There is the Forward and the Aft group. You are in the Forward group. We've had a new family join us since the FE closing date, so some people are including them in there FE so they can participate.

There are no adults in our family participating in the FE. Just Ryan and Laken in 6524 and Alexis and Jay in 6622.
