For posters trying to project when their MBs will be delivered prior to check-in, here are my dates:

1. January 11 status changed to MBs now being personalized.
2. January 19 status changed to MBs now being shipped.
3. January 24 MBs expected to be delivered.
4. February 8 - check-in date.

Yes I have seen this. I thought the previous poster was implying there would be character choices instead of the 7 solid colors for the "free" bands

I read the post that way as well, though I am pretty confident the new ones will not be included as part of a resort stay--only the solid-color ones.

I am arriving the same day and that is currently what my schedule is too for my magic bands.

Question regarding annual passes and Magic Bands:

• Are annual passholders issued Magic Bands?
• If I receive a voucher over the phone for an AP and link it to MDE, but don't plan on staying on site, how do they know when to ship?

Disney doesn't issue you a MagicBand until the AP is actually activated meaning, you won't have a MB for your first park visit with the AP.

We check in exactly one week after you, so I'm hoping/presuming my MB shipping schedule should be just about if not exactly a week later than yours...currently it still says being personalized "check back soon"...last year same time they arrived a month in advance. I already have my DME vouchers and luggage tags!
