My parents called today to inform me that they cannot find their SP's. They were purchased in March of 2005. How do we go about replacing them?
We have a trip planned for right before Christmas this year.

Would they possibly still have the receipt for the passes? or were they informed to make copies of them? We have always been told to make copies of the passes and keep the receipt in case of loss or theft. I am hope they are able to find them. Good Luck!

I know with AP and PAP, all you need to do is provide a photo ID, they look you up in the computer and then give you a replacement.

Should be similar with seasonal passes, especially if their names are on them.

With Deb & Bill shouldn't be a big problem. :goodvibes :wizard: :wave2:

I think I get a new pass about every trip. Either cause I loose it before the trip or it gets wet and it won't work. Any ID with your picture on it will suffice. Although if doesn't have your address on it, they make you repeat the whole nine yards to prove who you are.
Just go over to guest relations. They can't do anything at the ticket windows.

Thanks for the help! That will make my dad so happy. He is tearing the house up looking for them! :rotfl:

Tell Dad to relax! A photo ID is all it takes at Guest Services and in 2 seconds he'll have a new FL Resident Seasonal Pass! :sunny:
