It looks like $234 per night for the 17th and 18th nights, and $211 for the rest of the nights of your dates. Then you just have to add in your ticket prices from the first post if you are getting them, same with dining.

I believe the room prices include tax. Hope this helps! By the way....Merry Christmas!

The chart Danny has posted is the nightly room rate with taxes included. I read Beach Club garden view as $349 per night for 2 adults for your dates. There is no additional charge for children under 18 in your room, so no charge for the kids.

The tickets are priced seperately & those prices are in Danny's first post on page 1. Pick how many days per ticket and what options you want & he has the adult & child's prices all listed.

Multiply your room rate & dining plan costs x 7 (no discount on dining plan)
add ticket prices = total cost

(I can't do your math since I don't know what type tickets you want or your kids ages for dining & tickets. )

thanks!

Really? That means my dds (13 and 11) won't make our room a triple occupancy? More savings for me :cool1::cheer2::thumbsup2

Just wanted to say Merry Christmas Danny, and thank you again for everything! :flower3:
You are welcome my friend, wish you a Magical Christmas and a 2013 full of Pixie Dust :wizard:, I´m very happy, with all of your comments:love:

Very much so - thank you!!!! Have a very happy holiday!

Now to determine which is a better deal.

So can someone check this for me? So $211 for 5 nights and 2 nights at $234. So $1523 for the hotel, then tickets for 7 day MYW Hoppers at 1170 for 2 adults 2kids. For $2693 total without dining?

Is the discount already figured out in the hotel per night prices? If so, Beach Club would only be less than 20% off room rate for dates April 12-21 every year I have received 30% off for a deluxe

yes, those are discounted. id say be thankful for 20% as it seems the majority of the room discounts on the chart are in the 0-10% range.

Are you including the ticket dicounts though ? Thats where a lot of the discount is for many of the resorts,

BUT, its true that many resorts even when ticket prices are included see little to no Discount.

Glad Danny25 brought this to us since we were counting on a 20-30% discount at least on room only, now have to rethink our vacation, or give up some stuff between now and then.

Gosh you know, the more I look at this "Promotion", the more I think its TERRIBLE !

For 2 adults 2 kids age 10 and 11.

Pop Century in May for five nights 6 days,

Rack Rate 1872
Room Only 681
Promo Rate 1691

Savings 181

181 off a 1872 trip ???

Now, That DOES work out to 27% off Room discount. But of course this just does not compare to Free dining or perhaps even SPD :(
And a room discount is ok at a Moderate of Deluxe ... but not really at a value :(

And of course, room discounts at value aren't really much of a discount, since most of the price is the Tickets.

Much thanks again to Danny25 for this info, its really giving us and our friends something to rethink about.

Merry Christmas all

Last year, we stayed at the BC in June with a 30% room only discount -- I purchased my tickets through Undercover Tourist, so I got some savings there.

I've done the math, and with this deal, I'd actually be saving the same percentage once the ticket discount is added in -- it still nets me a 30% discount. Given that room rates and ticket prices have gone up since last year, though, I don't know if I want to spend this much. We'll probably just stay at the Swan and hold on to that extra $300-$400.

For me, going during Easter and also an AP holder, our deal will be higher than rack rate by $160 per night x 9 nights (so $1440 total higher than rack rate). We don't need tickets, but for the sake of figuring out our deal, I added in our tickets, and we are still higher than rack rate.

As a side note, a great BIG thank you to Danny for helping all of us and continuing to give us great information!

Thanks Danny, I really appreciate you posting this info.

Looks like I should be able to save about $780 on our stay at Wilderness lodge May 31 - June 8th. So about 15%. I'll take it.

I figured a discount of $203.38 off our April 5-12 trip to POFQ with 6 day PH. This is a bit of a let down since I have been struggling with the high price tag on this trip. Because of our dates I was sort of not counting on any discount so I will take what I can get I guess:santa:

I cannot find the chart that Danny provided. Can someone help me? We are staying BC CL 4/11-4/17(three rooms 2/4/5 people per room) so this "Grammy" is hoping to save some money with this promotion. I booked with AAA but hope this new discount offer will give us a greater saving. Can anyone get back to me with some idea of possible savings???

Link to the moderate/ value chart on page 7 of this thread, deluxe chart on page 9.:goodvibes

According to the chart, and assuming the prices include taxes. I'll save $733 over the 10% AAA room rate I have booked now for preferred rooms at POR.

These numbers are for the 3 rooms I have booked April 15 - 22.
Save $268 off the rooms ($89 x 3 rooms)
$465 on 6 day park Tix ($53 x 8 adult and $41 for 1 3-9 ticket).

Would bring the trip cost down from $11,811 to $11, 077.

:woohoo: Make it happen! :wizard:

I'd have to be nuts to book an "offer" like this one.:confused3

According to Danny's rate sheet, my room-only reservation in a 1BR Villa (Bay Lake View) June 1-6 would cost me $3,570.00:headache:

The same room/dates priced online thru Disney's reservation system is $3,453.75.

The AAA rate I currently have booked, again - same room type/dates, is $2,763.05.::yes::

Never thought I'd say this with such heart-felt appreciation, but...
THANK YOU, AAA!:worship:
