4th of July at the Grand Floridian?

Hi!! We are staying at the Grand Floridian for 4th of July weekend for the first time and I have a few questions.

1. I read that at the Polynesian you need a wristband to watch the 4th of July fireworks, does the Floridian do the same?

2. If so, what is usually the pick up time and where?

3. I also read Polynesian does a beach bash prior to the fireworks, does the Floridian do anything similar?

4. Where is the best place at the Floridian to view fireworks? Can we bring our own chairs?

5. We will be spending the day at blizzard beach, what time should we return to the grand and line up to see the fireworks?

There are two places to watch the fireworks where the music is piped in. One is in front of Gasparillas, and the other is by Narcoossee, at the boat dock. They do the MK fireworks on both the 3rd and the 4th of July.

Its been a couple years since we were at VGF over the 4th. Just be aware for the 3rd and 4th they will shutdown the boats and the trail between MK and VGF around the fireworks as they shoot fireworks off on the lake.

I do remember the resort pool though throwing out some beach balls and what not in to the pool on the 4th.
