Just put down the deposit!

After um-ing and ah-ing over whether to pay the deposit for our December trip now, or just waiting to pay the full balance in August, this morning my boyfriend and I bit the bullet and paid the deposit!

This is extremely exciting. He's never been to DLP before and I've never been without my family, so we're both buzzing!

Now we're just waiting for the Eurostar tickets to be released so we can snap them up while they're at their cheapest, am I right in thinking they go up in price as time goes by?

I just can't wait for December to roll around now! This is our first holiday together, and we've got so much still to sort out, but we know it'll be worth it. We're going to be there over my nineteenth birthday so he's promised me a romantic meal at Blue Lagoon.

We're going 12th-16th of December staying in Hotel New York. First time staying anywhere but Disneyland Hotel, so I'm really curious to have a look around HNY.

My birthday is on the 14th, right in the middle of our trip, so instead of a present my boyfriend is just bringing money for one more sit down meal than we'd budgeted for. Now that we can afford more meals, I'm pretty set on trying Walts.

I'm hoping to be arriving on the 12th too for 4 nights but at the Santa fe. I'm waiting till payday to put down my deposit so I'm really excited. I'm hoping it snows to make it extra christmassy. We did centre parcs a few years ago on the 8th and it snowed and it was lovely nipping into Starbucks for a hot chocolate. X

Last year we stayed from the 10th-13th and when we arrived there was a nice layer of snow, not enough to cause any problems, but enough to make everything look really Christmassy. As we walked around the park on our first day it turned into a game of guessing which snow was real and which was fake.

Unfortunately by the next morning it had gone all slushy and icy, navigating around the park got pretty lethal! We saw a good few people take some hard falls.

You should be able to get your Eurostar tickets by phoning - they have been released on the phone and in person as I went down yesterday to enquire! Snap them up now!! I bought ones for November in May last year, and my friend booked hers in MARCH!
