It's my DH favorite meal and he gets it when he sees it on a menu. I like it and make a loaf style in the winter and a burger style to grill in the summer. Mine are low net carb as that's the way we eat. I use leftover keto bread in mine.

I love this!I love all kinds of meatloaf. Some are better than others but one of my fondest restaurant memories was getting meatloaf and mashed potatoes at a cafeteria in Yellowstone with seating that faced Old Faithful. It was cold outside, light snow, but I was warm by the fireplace with a phenomenal view and a great plate of comfort food.
I make a few varieties. One year, I made an Italian meatloaf around the holidays. Instead of a loaf pan, I used a Bundt cake pan and made a meat-wreath

Thank you for the thank you DanI like meatloaf, maybe love a few. Marie makes a great one, as did my mom. I'll get it in a restaurant once in a while. A few of the local mom and pop diners make some good ones. Costco's in house created one, two loaves, with mashed potatoes, is very good.
As always, Sandy, thanks for another great, creative, informative week of @slo polls.

It’s up in The DIS cloud somewhere - LOL!Shoot I posted the recipe I use most of the time, no idea where it went.
I love meatloaf. Homemade is best, but I will order it in a restaurant if the mood strikes me, especially in summer when I don't want to heat up the house cooking it. Restaurant meatloaf is hit or miss, I've mostly had good ones (especially at 50s Prime Time Cafe!), but sometimes it can be too salty for my taste.
I make it with ground turkey meat and it's the only kind that we like to eat.
