I know the month is almost half way over, but I'd really like to join in. I found last summer that joining in on the exercise challenge thread here really helped keep me motivated I'll shoot for 1,000 minutes for the rest of July.
I'm at 691/1500.
I'm seriously thinking about doing a double tomorrow--spin in the morning and run at night. I have a busy end of the week coming up and I'm afraid I'm going to have trouble getting my workouts in. Have a good evening! Oh and in case anyone was wondering, I put everything in excel, which is why I've been including the percentages. I just copy and paste and then change the colors. Excel caluculates it for me.
I'm pleased that I've gotten in as many min as I have so far this month. The injection I got in my left hip has helped a little with the pain. Still, some days are better than others. Today is one of "those" days. Hopefully I will get in the exercise I have planned for this evening.
I did 50 minutes on the Wii Fit+/balance board today.
Rose, I've decided to increase my goal (again) to 1000 minutes. That actually "keeps" me at 56%. I really want to lose a few pounds by the end of this BL challenge. Thanks!
