Food has been horrid the last 5 days.....I haven't tracked it at all.
Tons to get done and then Saturday DD18's DBF came by with a DIAMONDto talk to DH.
So, Sunday, DD18 got engaged! I have no prob with it as they are very realistic and know they can't get married until they can support themselves and go to college at the same time. DD18 has a full ride which will help, and the DBF has all tuition paid for 4 yrs. And, he is a great kid.

I'm surprised that I am doing as well as I am so far this month - but my bad hip is SCREAMING at me today!Way too much walking on it in it's present condition! Needless to say, today will be a rest day! I go back to the orthopedist a week from tomorrow to start my knee injections. Sure hope they help the hip as well as the knees by getting my stride closer to what it should be.

Congrats on the pushups. I still do bent knees--but I can do multiple sets, so that's good.75 minutes of INSANITY and weight training, bringing me to 835/1500, 56%.
Had some great moments this morning! Today, I did the two-week INSANITY fitness test and I improved on each exercise. And later, after doing my first set of push-ups, I realized I did them with straight-legs instead of bend knees. I was pretty happy about that!![]()
I got some walks in while camping. But at 5000+ feet, running was out for me.
Now I'm 570/1000.
1210/3600 Ran 1/2 mile and walked 2 with my niece and daughters!
Hoping to do more later today and at least 2 hours tomorrow!
