12 miles is great with as hot as it's been!180 min - 12 mile training run/walk. Not the best time but oh well.

Welcome!I know the month is almost half way over, but I'd really like to join in. I found last summer that joining in on the exercise challenge thread here really helped keep me motivatedI'll shoot for 1,000 minutes for the rest of July.
So far: 101/1000
Sounds fun--if only I could skate without falling down!1 hour ice hockey (most fun cross training around!)
