Is Cinderella STILL in the lobby at CRT?

I know that from recent posts that people were seeing Cinderella in the lobby sitting on her chair and that she was NOT circulating upstairs like she used to be. This makes me crazy b/c we've never done CRT and this will be our first and I planned it perfectly to coincide with dd's birthday. I hope it doesn't take away from the experience, since we have nothing to compare it to I'm hoping it'll be just fine. I thought the change was suppose to occur 2/1 with the new price change.

Currently (as of 11/13) she is in the lobby, standing next to a Christmas tree. She does not circulate with the other princesses upstairs. My DD4 was not bothered by this at all, but Cinderella is not her favorite princess. She has eaten in the castle before (when Cindy did circulate), and the change did not bother her.

FYI, Cinderella is also usually at the Epcot lunch. We saw her there on 11/14. We had the latest lunch seating and had absolutely amazing character interaction with all the princesses, but especially Cinderella and Ariel.

It's great to hear you had such a positve princess experience at Epcot, Egoldber. We are planning our first ever WDW vacation (so overwhelming) and that's the meal I booked for my DD. Now I'm even more excited!

Yes, Cinderella will be in the Lobby from now on. It shouldn't change the experience at all. You will just see her down stairs now and take pictures without drinks or food in the way. You will have a wonderful time!!
You would be surprised how many Guests actually think Cinderella is going to sit and eat at their table with them! It always makes me laugh. Have fun!

I called dining today and was told that she is in the lobby and upstairs. If Cinderella is only in the lobby what other princesses are upstairs? Are they the same ones as before?

When we were at CRT on 11/13, the "princesses" upstairs were Snow White, Aurora, Belle, Fairy Godmother and Mary Poppins.

Do the characters rotate fairly often, or are they regular. We HAVE to see Belle, so I booked a CRT lunch (in Feb.), but if there is a good chance she won't be there I might cancel. I know this is off topic, but where else can Belle be seen "live?" I know about the storytime at MK, but is she ever in Toontown, or is it a fairly safe bet that we will see her at CRT lunch?

i have just heard recently that cindy is still in the lobby. and belle is at CRT. a guy from another board i go to just came back and had breakfast at CRT. he met belle. but, to play it safe if for some reason she's not at CRT, you can always make a PS for Princess Storybook Breakfast in Norway in Epcot. she's there, too.

Belle appears regularly at Epcot in France for a character meet & greet. She is pretty easy to see without eating at a restaurant.
