It’s still early on this end and we should be pulling into the train station in the next 15 minutes or so. One of N.’s daughters is coming over so she is in charge of providing the meal for us. It’s Saturday so my guess is much of our meal will be prepped and purchased at the market. That just leaves more time to talk with N. which is fine by me.
I’ll fill youse in on what we ate later- time differences make for confusion

Current plan is to roast some radishes to go with last night's leftovers.

I'll try to remember to take pictures of our meals on the ship, if anyone is interested. See you all next Sunday.

My granddaughter's meal last night was delicious. She made the cornbread from scratch. Tonight my older granddaughter is making fried rice. Not sure what we will have with it.

I went to a friend’s annual Halloween party today. It’s a 3 day event with camping but I just go for Saturday.

Lots of delicious food. Mac and cheese, sweat and sour meatballs, French onion soup, Cesar cups, charcuterie board, roasted veggies, other things I’m forgetting, and a variety of desserts.


I brought caramel apple cheesecake bars
