Disneyland chat wait times

I’ve gone through the chat DAS approval process several times but today (a Saturday) the wait has been brutal. I’m currently on my fourth try (each previous three times have been about an hour each before I had to jump off). Is this typical for Disneyland? I’ve mostly done it for wdw and have never waited more than 15 minutes. Thanks for letting me vent!

I waited 2 hours for my WDW one last year. Shocked you only waited 15 minutes for those!

Maybe I just got lucky! But last night on my fourth try I waited 2.5 hours for DL … I was determined! Thankfully all went well
