I’ve gone through the chat DAS approval process several times but today (a Saturday) the wait has been brutal. I’m currently on my fourth try (each previous three times have been about an hour each before I had to jump off). Is this typical for Disneyland? I’ve mostly done it for wdw and have never waited more than 15 minutes. Thanks for letting me vent!
