The CM I was talking to had IT on the phone, but they weren't able to do anything. I think there is something fundamentally wrong at the core of what they did for this new parks pass, so it's not as simple as just updating a database entry or anything, that a standard IT person would be able to do. I think it needs a new deployment to get it all up and running again.Has a nobody been able to book reservations once they get through to a CM or are they in the same boat. I wonder if IT can just book them for you if we can finally get through.
