Disney World Reservation System -POST 1 FOR LINKS

Has a nobody been able to book reservations once they get through to a CM or are they in the same boat. I wonder if IT can just book them for you if we can finally get through.
The CM I was talking to had IT on the phone, but they weren't able to do anything. I think there is something fundamentally wrong at the core of what they did for this new parks pass, so it's not as simple as just updating a database entry or anything, that a standard IT person would be able to do. I think it needs a new deployment to get it all up and running again.
 

Do you have a Platinum AP? If so how many days have you used it since you got it? I think I used mine 13 and since you are only allowed to book 14 AP days maybe it thinks I've already got 13 booked and so it's only leaving me one to book? I bet its a coding issue. Hopefully they fix it before all the reservations for my stay are gone! Good luck.
you're allowed 365 AP days. Currently you can only book using your AP for length of Disney hotel stay- however long that may be. There is a glitch not allowing a lot of us our entitled days. Hopefully it will be fixed tonight.

I do not have an AP. I think my issue might be that we have a ticket left over from our trip in March when they shut down due to Covid-19. I am wondering if that one ticket is holding me up when I have a 7 day resort/ 6 day park ticket scheduled for October right now?? Trying any explanation right now. So drained after going on my 12th hour non-stop of trying to fix this issue.
I feel the same way. But this is interesting to know. My AP expires early August and I have another trip booked for the end of August with tickets so maybe that’s what doing it. Thanks for the info.
 
PLEASE READ IF YOU'VE ONLY BEEN ABLE TO BOOK ONE OR TWO DAYS ONLY - I've just read on a Facebook page that someone who had only been able to book 1 day before the rest said the parks are unavailable, cancelled that reservation so that nothing was booked then tried again working from the last day of the trip to the first and it worked.
I had nothing to lose as I'd only booked 1 day out of my 14 for this Oct so tried it ... AND IT ONLY WORKED!!!
Absolutely your decision if you want to try this but I promise that I've just been able to book all my days - I'm so happy, I could cry from all the stress I've endured this afternoon haha xxx

I wonder if this is going to push out the other phases of those who can access the park reservations. It really should, because all of us under 'Phase 1' have pretty much lost a day (at least a day right now). With this no ETA on when they will fix it - I just hope they give us a few days of the app working smoothly before they open it up to even more numbers.

YES!!!! This worked!!! I had been trying since 7am EST and was in a "waiting room" all day until 5pm. I was able to reserve Magic Kingdom for the 1st day of our stay, but then when I selected our other days, it had them grayed out and that there was no availability at any park. That was for each day of our stay! I tried this and cancelled the Park Pass for our first day and then went back in and selected our last day. BOOM! All parks available, each day of our stay, and I was able to reserve passes for all 4 our family! You are awesome Tinkerbell1991!!!!!

I have an AP, a 9-day PH+ for July, a 4-day PH+ in September and a 5-day PH in December and it will only let me make *ONE* day of reservations. I’ve cancelled the one day 4 times, tried to make the first day first, the last day first, the second day first and the middle day first, and it doesn’t matter what I do, I cannot make more than a day. This is such a poor client experience.
I was having the same problem. I have a PH and also had a 4 day hopper that I bought for free dining. I was only able to get one park reservation. I was able to get though on the phone today to change my reservation and remove the park hopper that I didn’t need. As soon as she removed the park hopper I was able to get all your remaining park reservations. So it’s obviously a glitch when you ha e multiple tickets.

This was my mom. Originally we had CBR 7/10-7-19, and FW Cabins 7/11-7/20. So they were overlapping. My mom told me about that possibly causing the conflict. I hopped on MDE and cancelled CBR because we can't modify anyways (have not been able to get through on the phone) and we for sure had cabins locked in.
Immediately after cancelling CBR I went in to try to book the other days of our trip. AND IT DID!!! I was able to get what we wanted, after being on this from 7am, we were stressed and a mess. I pray this information might be of some use to others still struggling with only being able to book 1 day.

So if you still can not book more than 1 day and you have a couple of reservations that overlap, it helped by only having one reservation. It solved the problem! Only having 1 hotel reservation.
I am leaving this here because I was heartbroken and angry today, like many MANY of us here, and if this can help anyone else I want to do that.

At this point we are not concerned with getting discounts. We might look into switching resorts but that is not on the top of our list right now.
 
Anyone gotten any more information about when the AP glitches (not letting us book park reservations for all resort reservation days) will be fixed? I'm still on hold - idk how long it's been since I had to press 3 after dialing. I hate sitting on hold for hours and hours, but I'd also like some answers if possible.
