What are your favorite moments from Boy Meets World?

I've never watched the show but I am just starting to listen to a podcast called Pod Meets World where some of the actors and crew from the show get together and discuss the series episode by episode. I'm not sure that I could mention a favorite moment from the tv show yet, but I am enjoying the podcast so far. I'm only a few episodes into it though so far.

It's a classic.

Never watched it either. My 3 kids were born between 1990 and 1995, and I was busy during the years it was on!

The episodes where they were real people and not acting like live-action cartoons...

and the one at WDW of course!

My personal opinion is the Disney acquisition of ABC Capital Cities likely had a heavy hand in revamping the show away from a coming of age story and into something more marketable to young families.

I liked the high school years, college wasn't bad but some plot points were cringe. I wasn't the biggest fan of the elementary/middle school years. I absolutely hated what they did to the character Eric where they turned him into the biggest dolt which was a complete about-face from when he was first introduced so even though the first season or two wasn't my favorite I preferred the way Eric was portrayed then. The best part of the series was hands down Mr. Feeny though. The end with him in the classroom was quite an emotional scene.

The wedding episode was one of my favorites and of course the Disney episode. Oh and the Lauren episode. I am glad they cleared that up in the sequel series.

Eric became someone serious and important in the sequel series, so I give Disney a pass with that.

I FLIPPED when they dealt with the Lauren stuff in Girl Meets World!!

Everyone who hasn't ever watched, you should! It's great! But yes it's a kid's show....my friend actually started watching it with her kid last month, at first he thought it was lame, but he liked it after a few episodes!

I generally don't watch shows everyone else loves - off the top of my head - Squid Game, Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, the Sopranos, Succession, Severance, Slow Horses, Stranger Things, on and on, so someone telling me I should watch something doesn't do anything. We eventually watched Ted Lasso when the 3rd season came out. I am currently trying to get through Somebody Somewhere.
