oh, by the way, my in-laws are about 2 hours north of Beaumont...so I asked if I can stay with them next weekend so I don't have to be stuck in the hotel by my lonesome. They said I'm always welcome there, so I will probably go there rather than driving the 4 hours back home.
Of course, Mike might have something to say about that.

If he didn't work on weekends, I'd come back. But since he works 12 hour days on Saturday and Sunday, it's almost pointless. I'd have to drive home after a long workday Friday...wouldn't get home til 10, possibly later depending on what time they will have me working til. Mike would already have to be in bed around that time because he wakes up at 4 am Saturday morning. So we wouldn't have any time together Friday night. Saturday evening would be the ONLY time I'd see him --from 6 til whenever he falls asleep (which is sometimes as early as 7:30 if I don't make him stay awake). Sunday I'd have to head back out before he got home.

He'll be jealous of me seeing his parents, brother, and his best friend, I'm certain. But it just makes a lot more sense than me driving back home. What would you girls do?

I think you have the right idea by going to see your inlaws even though Mike prolly won't be happy about it. better to save gas and $ and be able to spend time with people that will be around while you are off since you won't be around anyone you know during the weeks you will be there.

Hi ladies and gent.

How are you all doing?

hi chele, doing okay tonight. won't be on for long. waiting for Grey's to come on :woohoo:

4,000 Baby!

:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: congrats girl!!

Oh, can u only dis at work? no computer at home?

For now thats the way it is. I so wish i could DIS at home cuz my BF works 3rd shift and its hard for me to sleep sometimes, so it would totally be better if i could spend my time DISing :surfweb: rather than tossing and turning:rotfl:

I think that will be Sharky's job.:lmao:

Yea it will be payback time for her. I can make her change my diaper, I can have my own temper tantrums and sulk and let her know what I went through.

Seriously, she was a good kid, she never put me through any of that!

Anyone else beyond excited about Grey's Anatomy tonight??? :dance3:

MEMEMEMEME!!!! I'm watching UB right now. GA starting in 10!!! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Hi Carla! Are you feeling any better?

Well, we decided tonight that is what we are doing in December of 2010. Poly and state room with Veranda baybeeeeee!!! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 I'm excited already!!!! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

I know! I picked up some stuff yesterday. I went to Dollar Tree and got some glow sticks and a glowing magic wand with a star, some gummy bears, tootsie pops and Mickey and Ariel stickers. I already picked up a foam necklace kit to do on the plane...it's really cute and actually aged for a 2 year old. I think that will keep her busy as she likes to make things.

You better believe I packed it :thumbsup2 Although before it was packed I had it in one of my baskets and then it was missing :confused3 I found it in StinkerBelle's crib :rotfl2:

Yeah, I think you suffered your fair share of adult tantrums :rotfl2:

:rotfl2:

Holiday Atrium sounds nice! Wearing jeans all week sounds great too :thumbsup2

Now that is just insane. 25 dollars a day :confused3 Sorry you can't take the little guy

WOW, 2 weeks is a long time!

At least your post count will go up

I would defintely stay with the inlaws. I agree with Sharky and Chele, you do not want to be driving back and forth alone, especially with Mike working during the weekend.

You go girl :woohoo:

ME...ME...ME :wave2: I have it tivo'ing and will watch it a little later!
Sounds like you're pretty organized. Congrats! I'm a procrastinator and waited till the last minute to do everything.

HAHAHA! I can't believe you found it in Stinkerbelle's crib! She is a little stinker!:rotfl2:

(Love ya, Sharky!)

Well, we decided tonight that is what we are doing in December of 2010. Poly and state room with Veranda baybeeeeee!!! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 I'm excited already!!!! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

sorry you are still not excited really. Glad to hear you are just about ready though

WOW! That sounds like fun! I wanna stay at the Poly! Are you doing land, then sea, or sea, then land?

Well, I was hoping to have company with me (my littlest...Merlin), but the hotel charges an astronomical amount for dogs. I think it's ridiculous. It's a flat rate, even. I could see charging more for a BIG dog, but c'mon!

Oh...you wanna know how much I guess.

Freaking $25 PER NIGHT! I was hoping it would be a pet deposit, and I would have paid $25 ONE time. But EVERY NIGHT? That's highway robbery! It's not like he'd need his own bed or anything. And he would stay in his crate while I was gone (he does at home anyway) so I don't see what the big deal is.

Ugh! :headache: :headache: :headache: :headache: :headache: :headache: :headache:
Now I have to travel all alone :sad1:

thats crazy...most places i would think would have a small dog fee and a little dog fee. sorry u cant bring merlin along

GOODMORNING1.gif

I'll never catch up. :sad2:

Hi OB, How have you been? I haven't talked to you in a long time. How did your house make out in the hurricanes? I hope all was okay!!

That is freaking awesome! The Poly is my most favorite place ever that I have stayed at WDW  I'm so happy for you!

Yeah...I will be excited when I wake up Sunday morning! I worry about so many things that need to be done that I can't get excited...I know...I sound like a Debbie Downer :rotfl:

Sounds like you're pretty organized. Congrats! I'm a procrastinator and waited till the last minute to do everything.

HAHAHA! I can't believe you found it in Stinkerbelle's crib! She is a little stinker!:rotfl2:

Yeah, as much as I can be...I wish I could say that for the upstairs of my house

Yes...Stinker fits her quite well :rotfl2:

Here's the bad news...it will probably be TWO weeks, and not ONE like I had originally thought!!!

The good news (for y'all) is that I will have no-one around and no housework in the evenings so I will have no choice but to DIS every night! :rotfl:

I will definitely be bringing my trip notes so I can write my report...

cant wait to read it:banana:

Hey Girls & UJ too! :sunny:

I can't believe I leave on Sunday...time is flying :woohoo: I've been lazy this year with my lists and preparation but today that will happen!

I first have to take my FIL's GF out shopping...long story :headache:

Anywho...I have most of my clothes packed but need to work on all the things StinkerBelle will need...like sippy cups and little spoons, etc...And the most important carryon bag filled with all sorts of fun to ensure we do not have a plane ride filled with toddler tantrums:eek:

Happy Thursday :goodvibes

Hey Girlie, how ya doing? You are coming down to the wire now. I can't wait to hear the story about the FIL's GF. I didn't know he wasn't with the MIL in the first place. LOL.

Hi ladies and gent.

How are you all doing?

Hey chele

I am okay, just a tad ticked off

The dr had told me to take trent off albuterol and he should be on pulmicort

Well, trent has been coughing for 2 days straight. I said something is not right. I go and do his alubuterol like I had been doing for a year now and it is a miracle, cough has almost stopped. I like to wring that dr neck:headache:

4,000 Baby!

 :

You go girl:woohoo:

Anyone else beyond excited about Grey's Anatomy tonight??? :dance3:

I know Carla is :happytv:
I forgot about UB! That is starting here right now. I've got to get Evan and Owen to bed and get Abby to finish her homework and get herself in the shower! Ugh... all before 9! Looks like no Betty for me. :

I'm off girls! See ya!!

Nite Love:cloud9:

One vote for staying in Texas...

I'm on an "I hate doctors" kick, too. I'd tell y'all about my experiences this week, but I'm too ticked off about everything!:headache:
