DISing Weightloss Club

I am up 2 lbs. I worked out a lot this week and ate well. I am blaming my new meds. :mad: At this rate, I am going to gain back all of the weight I lost.

189 down 2 pounds from last week.
 
I'm down 1.3 lbs from last friday. I've started walking a little harder and faster, change that up a little bit, and i've been drinking a ton of water, not much else besides skim milk.
Good luck to the rest of you this weekend, it looks like some of you have some challenges coming up, try and stay in control and do things that you'll be proud of later. :)
I also have a dinner out today, so i'm going to try and make good choices for that...

I have now given up all liquids except for plain water. I will try that this week then go from there.

Simply drinking water will probably make a big difference for you. That's pretty much all I drink.

I totally forgot to weigh myself this morning! I'm sure it'll be very bad since I ate and drank like a pig on my birthday weekend :rotfl:

I'm going to the grocery store today and plan to restock so that I can start South Beach again tomorrow. Now, I just need to find time to get some walks in!
 
I wanted to do my weigh in real quick before I head off to work! I haven't lost anymore but haven't gained either. So I am at my weight loss of 5 pounds still! I am doing better at my water and such. Tonight we are going to a wing place for dinner so I am not sure where that fits into the diet but as long as I stop when I am full and do not overeat I feel I will be fine. It is only 8 in the morning and I have already drink 2 bottles of water so I am doing good there. I think am getting sick because my chest is hurting and I been coughing all night..Which for me means bronchitis which is a monthly sickness for me..lol..I hope everyone has a good weekend! I have a busy weekend so not sure how much I will be able to pop in! Good Luck to everyone on weigh in today! :grouphug:

I'm sorry to hear that you are not feeling well. :hug: Way to go on the water, I really think drinking water and cutting out other drinks is the key. The only think I drink other than water is a cup of skim milk with my breakfast. All other drinks to me are empty calories. I would rather be eating my calories than drinking them, KWIM?

Just got off the scale and I gained:scared:
I am now at 190.5 so it looks like I gained back 2 lbs. (everything I lost)

My little one was up all night last night. She is coughing and has had a fever of 104. I have not been sleeping well or eating well because of it. (excuses,excuses:rotfl2: )
I will keep going!!

Don't worry, you will get back on track, your disrupted sleep and eating schedule could definitely have been what happened this week. As long as you keep your goal in mind you will do great! :cheer2:

I'm going to Vegas this weekend, so hopefully I can avoid temptation while I'm there so I don't gain it back!

As Scott said maybe it is muscle or perhaps your body is just needing to adjust to the new meds and once it does you will be able to lose the weight again. Keep it up though even if you are not losing your weight you are still keeping healthy by exercising and eating well.

Looks like we are doing the same thing for exercise and water/milk consumption. Way to go on the loss. :woohoo:
 
I am down 2 pounds this week which I am so excited about, soon I will be back in the 190's! :woohoo: I have my dress for formal night on the cruise hanging in plain view in my room as motivation, I MUST fit into it by December!
 
I'm unchanged ... but considering the kind of week I had, I'm okay with it. :rolleyes1

Well, no change in my weight....but that is OK because I was very bad with my portion size this week. I was just so hungry all the time - I need sunshine to encourage me to get moving a little more. :sunny:

I am thinking of joining a gym as well, it is so expensive though so I am going to see what kind of results I can get from working out at home first. Good luck with the gym membership Scott, hopefully you will get a lot of use out of it. :goodvibes
 
Congrats Lessa and Swan Loves Disney on your losses this week :banana: . I'm down a 1 pound but my pants till feel tight :sad2: . I would love to lose at least 10 before June. I will try to stcik with only water this week too. No more Sweet tea ;) .

Usually if I drink anything else it upsets my tummy except for milk.

I went out to the movies last night which can be a very dangerous undertaking. I was soooo tempted to get the yummy cheesy nachos but instead I split a popcorn with NO butter with my mom. Still not health food but a much better option than the nachos. ;)

Went to see The Ruins. It was alright, some scenes were pretty disgusting though. Not a movie I would have seen on my own but my mom really wanted to see it as she had loved the book.

OMG I wanna see the Ruins SOOOOO bad! I read the book!
