I am interested in renting enough points for a studio from 1/5 to 1/10.

Order of preference:
BWV Standard - 45 pts; $9/pt
OKW - 40 pts; $9/pt
BWV Preferred/BCV/VWL - 60 pts; $8/pt

Questions for experts out there. Is this too short of notice to make a reservation?
