Your home resort determines your booking window. They cannot legally differentiate that based on direct/resale.

If they are in the same Use Year, it should be fine all under the same reservation. If you have different Use Years, you will have to call in to link the reservations together I believe

If understanding correctly that your resale will also be Aulani to match your current 100 points then yes. Resale or direct has no difference in the booking window. If it's the same UY then it will work seemlessly.
