Autograph book

Can you please send me the pictures and the PDF, too? I'm a scrapper, too!

Questions:

1. What if you see the same character twice? Like once at a character meal and three days later somewhere else? Do you not get a second autograph?

2. And what do you do with characters you don't find? Keep blank pages in your book (after you get home)?

3. Finally, do you find that you are spending a lot of time in line waiting to see the characters and that it takes too much time? We've only been to DL but the lines there for the Princesses are usually 30 minutes! Even less popular characters are 10 minutes...

Thanks,
JULIE

Hi Julie,
If we see a character twice in one trip we just concentrate on great interaction and talk to them about their story (ie singing Bibbidy Bobbidy Boo with the fairy godmother or asking Suzy and Perla about Lucifer needing a time out). If we have their signature from a previous trip we usually show them their picture and ask if they remember our DD which they alway do! :goodvibes
We just keep the unsigned pages in the book for the next trip (they are fun just as plain colouring books) but if you are a scrapbooker and only anticipate the one trip then you could probably move the pages to a scrapbook and do something really wonderful with them and the matching photos.
We just got back from our latest trip - our first with our new son - and because he was so little and we didn't spend as much time as we usually do in the parks together we only went up to meet 5 new characters. Plus it was super hot! We meet a lot of old favourites at character meals but I estimate about ten minutes on regular characters and more with the fab five and princesses at Toon Town (but we meet these at the meals so we skipped that). If your child loves meeting characters like my DD did, then go for it - if your child is scared of them, like my nephew, same age as DD - all kids are different, skip them until next visit...

I've recently seen and heard about these autograph books. Our first trip to the WORLD will be 11/18-11/25 and me, DH and DS9 cannot wait. We really want to make an autograph book for DS9 and I have a pretty good idea of how but I don't know where to get the images from. Anyone who can help me I would really appreciate it, you can PM me or email bmossfly@cox.net. TIA

We just returned from our second trip to Disney World. The first trip I bought the standard blue autograph book. This trip I bought a Princess, Tink and Mickey one from eBay. We are going back in January for my dd's 4th birthday. I would love to make one. Please email or pm me.

Alysa,
I was wondering if you could send me the pictures and the pdf file. I Would love to make an autograph book for my daughter. We are not going until July, 2007. So I want to have alot of time to do this for her. I have not done any scapbooking, however I do want to start. Would this be difficult if you have not scrapping experience? Thank you so much!! :surfweb:
