Ok, starting august strong. My goal is 1000 minutes

8/1 39 minute run
8/2 26 minutes of Legs & Abs
8/3 40 minute run
8/4 39 minute Chest & Back; 50 min. walk

194/1000
 
And back on the bandwagon we go....

8/4 - melted with a 59 minute run

Im now at 465/2000 (Did a 30 mile bike ride yesterday for 130 mins and 60 min of Pilates and 60 mins of Yoga today)

Brisk walk with my wife - 60 minutes

Today's exercise - 64 minutes

Warmup walk - 5 minutes
4.5 miles - 39 minutes
Brisk walk - 10 minutes
Cooldown walk - 10 minutes

August tally - 626/3000
 
Thank goodness for my fitness pal app or I wouldn't be able to remember and catch up here...


Aug 1st walk 4.0 for 60 mins
Aug 4th walk 4.0 for 60 mins
Zumba for 40 mins
Aug 5th walk 4.0 for 60 mins
