Any guests arriving November 1 to 30 receive FP+ testing invites?

I know this is answered somewhere in here, but can someone give me the scoop on the BOG lunch reservations? Does it use on of your three Fastpass+ reservations for the day? Thanks.

No, it isn't tied to your 3 FP+ selections. You go to the separate site for BOG lunch reservations, then put in your password. You can then select a day and time for your lunch FP+.

We arrive November 30 staying at Wilderness Lodge. So far I haven't been able to customize my bands or select my FP+.

We arrive at WL on Nov 30th, too, and haven't gotten the option, either. :worried:

I am wondering if Nov 30th check in people who are staying at resorts that have been part of the MB test process for several months, like Pop, YC, etc, are more successful than people staying at resorts which just got MB's a few weeks ago, like WL, POFQ, CBR, etc.:confused:
 
You might be able to personalize your MB tomorrow...I arrive 11/29 and was NOT able to do it yesterday, but today was able to. It is looking like you need to be at 60 days to do FB+

I apologize if this has been answered before but is there a way to just cancel one of the fast past+ attractions and start over for just one and keep the other 2? Right now, I can either find a new time or find a new attraction but I want to do both....find a new attraction at a new time but I feel like I have to cancel all 3 in order to do this??

The system seems to require three or none right now. You can however change any of them. I went in and changed the experience (show, meet, ride) and the time for one of my FP+. It takes several steps, but it can be done without cancelling anything. Just change one option first, confirm it, then change the other option. You just can't get two FP+ for the same experience.
 
I don't know, it is says we are not eligible for FP+ for those days. People have been able to make FP+ on Thanksgiving. I will give it a few days and then call IT. I am OK with not being able to do FP+ on those days if that is the rule....but they need to let me use the old FP system and give me KTTW card or something so I can access FP like every other guest.

I still cannot customize MB but I didn't do online check in yet so maybe that is why. I am 57 or 58 days out.

Some have reported issues with making FP+ selections for the last day of their pass while others have reported issues around Thanksgiving. Perhaps this is the issue?

1. We are going Nov 21-Nov30. Everything is working great except for Nov. 26 th won't let me book any fast pass+ or choose anything at all!

2. Is this still a test window or are fast pass + and magic bands open to every resort.

All resorts are live as of 10/25. Off-site and day guests are not added to the system yet so it is not a full roll out. They are starting off-site/day guest tests soon.

3. Will we be able to double dip???

The FP machines will remain at least until the off-site/day guests are added to the system. Disney has not said when that will be.

Not sure on the 60 days, however, the fact that you don't have tickets linked is definitely a reason for being unable to choose FP+. I purchased our tickets through RunDisney and, until they arrive and I link them in MDX, I will be unable to choose our FP+ options. MagicBands and BOF FP are complete, however. Good luck!

Thank you! When I click on FP+, it just gives me the line about one person in our party needing to be within the window or something like that. Hopefully, I just need to link the other tickets when we purchase them.

What resort are you staying at? We are at WL on Nov 30th and haven't been able to customize MB's yet. :sad1:

I don't think you can pick fp+ until it is 60 days out. And you have to have tickets, too.

Both. You cannot make FP+ selections without tickets linked to your account. In addition, you can't make selections until you are at the 60 day mark. At that point you will be able to make them for several days of your trip, just like the 180+10 for dining reservations.

Checking in Boardwalk Villas Nov. 8-11, was able to customize bands AND make fastpass selections TODAY!!! Still waiting on my friend to get her park ticket...so we can link our reservations together...now, I am having fun practicing!!

Mine did not.

When you purchase the tickets, opt for the Will Call option. This means you won't get tickets shipped to you but will pick them up at WDW. Once your order goes through you will get a confirmation number. Enter this number into the Link Tickets section of the My Reservations page on MDE. The system will know how many tickets you ordered and what kind they are. You then assign each ticket to someone in your account.

If you opt for ticket delivery I believe you will have to wait for them to arrive before you can link each one.
 
We'll be staying at Saratoga Springs Nov 7-13. I can schedule FP+ for every day of our stay except for Nov 12. Anybody else have a day in the middle of the stay that they can't schedule?


I also found out that you may not have certain FP+ times offered if you have a dining ADR. For example, we had a 4:10 ADR at the Plaza in MK. I had to cancel it to get a 6-7PM window for BTMRR. Then I went back in and rescheduled dinner. I guess the computer thought we wouldn't be finished with dinner and make it to Frontierland by the end of the FP+ window.:confused3

I have a feeling this may have something to do with it. I've noticed a few people checking in to WL say that they haven't been able to do it. Oh well, guess we just wait and see.

I had a similar experience. It seems the system will not give you a FP+ option until at least 2 hours after your dining time.
