I just used it yesterday. I had a hard time actually getting it to show up on my account, even after filling out the form and then saying I matched to it, twice. Is your account showing President's Circle membership in the app? I had to email hertzstatusmatch@hertz all my info before it finally showed up. Then I had no issue with my reservation showing up on the board at the airport as President's Circle yesterday.
I saw "Peter Pan Goes Wrong" (from the creators of "The Play That Goes Wrong") on Broadway. So funny! I loved it. I popped in to say that you will have a great time at the show, then I re-read your post and realized that you already saw it.
I have Five Star through my Delta Platinum and had no issues when I used it in January at MCO. Went out to the lot like always and on the board instead of Gold it said PC.

Oh wow, we were just at Black Canyon of the Gunnison in November last year, so that's sad to hear. Very underrated park but we all enjoyed it. We did Mesa Verde as well and that was really a standout favorite for me! I loved it more than expected, for anyone on the fence about visiting that NP!Cyndi was in Yellowstone not the GC. I was talking to my husband about this last night I haven’t been to the north rim and now won’t have the chance to see this iconic lodge. I make a point to visit all the great lodges in the parks I visit. They can be as amazing as the nature sights.
For any other park lovers, Black Canyon of the Gunnison is closed currently due to wildfires as well.
It does say President Circle on the app. I am wondering if you book with 3rd party sites if that affects things. I just thought it was weird. I still got a car that I liked, but glad I did not pick compact car on the app. I am booking another car for a couple weeks away and so I will see what that does

That could very well be the issue. What 3rd party did you book through? Did you prepay through the 3rd party? And did you put your GoldPlus number in when you made the 3rd party booking?
This is so sad! We are supposed to go the Grand Canyon next week. We're staying at the South rim. I had looked at visiting the North rim too, but decided it was a little too far of a drive for this shorter trip.
I really liked Mesa Verde as well. My daughter and I did a road trip Denver to Moab (Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse SP), Monument Valley, Mesa verde and Black Canyon. Return to Denver. Very fun 2 weeks.
I was booking through Capitalone Travel and I may not have put my gold rewards number. I did see that for my upcoming reservation and will keep an eye on it. I also booked a full size car for my upcoming trip. Fingers crossed
A couple of other limiting factors are - booking the “managers choice” won’t give you PC options onsite, and also some smaller airports (for example, Birmingham, AL) don’t have a PC section.
I've had this a few times, and had the same hesitation about clicking. If you're happy with a paper check then you can ignore it. After a certain number of days from the email they'll automatically mail it. I tried calling once when I had a credit and just wanted it to go into my Chase checking and they couldn't do it over the phone. They said they'd have to send an email with the link to click, and then follow prompts. I did it that time because I was certain the email was legit.
