I have flown with them a couple of times now and have had no problems at all with them, on our first return flight from CDG my eldest daughter fell asleep just before we landed and one of the flight crew helped me get everything gathered up so I could carry dd of the plane and brought all my bags to the door for me.
As far as I remember they allow those with children aged 5 and under to board first along with the speedy boarding group. (they had better still do this as I am flying back from CDG in September on my own with three children and don't fancy having them all over the plane!)
The kids take a rucksac each filled with books and their DS's to keep them occupied and food they always need food. The flight back to belfast is not till 10pm at night and they always seem to have a good supply of snacks available.
